The entire staff was excellent, responsive, friendly and professional. It was a great location and vibe. What I didn't love was that in my ADA room, there was no fan or window in the bathroom which made it, and the entire room, stay humid. Pros (+) The accommodations are pretty standard for what you pay for. Overall it's a pretty decent property. The rooms are pretty basic just a bed, TV, some storage for your clothes. Don't expect to have the latest and most fancy place for the amount you are going to spend. We did not encounter any problems during our stay, the front desk staff was very nice at check in, check out and during the times that...

Cons (-) Terrible A/C, Shower water pressure was practically zero, and no security around when my female friend was harassed by some old jerk who followed her to the room and knocking on the door.

Pros (+) Good location because it was close enough to everything. Customer service was good. Room had a mini fridge and microwave which was great. Breakfast was good. There was a decent selection available from waffles, bagels, toast to something light like oatmeal and cereal.
Cons (-) Lots of loud bugs flying outside our room so it was uncomfortable to want to leave the room (one even came in our room at one point). There was also a cockroach on the tv. The tv was so outdated even though they had cable; there was static and you couldn't see much.

Pros (+) She was polite when I asked her I wouldn't be staying the 2nd night.
Cons (-) You can't control the AC, it got very hot and humid in the room. Couldn't sleep, asked for a different room but the other room was just the same. Also found an old rotten apple under the bed, it was white like it had been under there for a while. Was gross, shows they don't thoroughly cleaned the room.
