Cons: the only drawback, though for most people unlikely, is when you get back to the hotel really late at night by car, you will have to park it yourself in the parking closeby (just a couple of minutes). But during the day/evening, the hotel staff parks the car for you (as the hotel is on a pedestrian area square) and also brings it when you need it, which is really nice.

Pros: Very good location minutes from the activity and attractions of the old city. Stylish, contemporary and comfortable rooms and bathroom. Valet parking but at an extra cost. Helpful friendly staff, we would definitely choose this hotel again. We didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment on the dining or breakfast facilities. The rate we paid was a good deal and excellent value for money for the standard of hotel.

We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and both were very nice and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was business like and not in the centre of historic Pamplona - perfect for us but probably not where you'd want to stay for a longer sight seeing visit to Pamplona.

Pros: We went there with my dog. The room was clean, comfortable and well decorated. The location is very good, in the city center, but still quiet at night. Close to everything, shops, restaurants... The staff was very kind and they let us do a late check out without extra charge. Price was also very good compared to same-level hotels. 100% recommended.

Pros: We had a comfortable room with a nice view of the park . We stayed here for 4 days taking the bus to Olite and San Sebastian . A ten minute walk to the main street and from there took the bus to town or to the bus terminal As an alternative walking would be about 20- 30 minutes . You can park your car on the street for about Euro 2 .00 for 24 hrs or use the hotels garage for the price of 7 excellent coffee .

Cons: Possibly a map of how to access / exit the car park would have been useful - although the lady on reception almost walked us to the access door herself, which was of great help! Furthermore, when accessing one's vehicle to exit the car park a sensor light outside the lift / stairs would be another useful addition. I found myself fumbling aimlessly around in the darkness before successfully managing to find the appropriate light switch.

Pros: The location is just fantastic. You walk past the bar to the reception area at the rear. What a lively town it was that night, like an all night party. Apparently Thursday night was special discount night for eating and drinking out. The pavements were full of young people enjoying themselves. The hotel is on one of those busy pedestrian streets. The hotel room and bathroom were small but adequate. Tiny balcony to watch the hustle and bustle of the street below. We did not have breakfast, just a nice coffee.

Cons: The hotel is pretty far from the centre (I read it was about 10 mins away but by foot it definitely took us 25 mins) and the staff of the restaurant/cafetaria next door had a lot less ‘joie de vivre’ than the lady at the reception.

Cons: the stuff are not very friendly. the hotel door is been closed at night and when you arrived late you have to stay outside the door with the cold waiting for reception to open with keys. one time the receptionis wasnt there. and a bunch of people had to stay outside several mins.
The hotel need a serious reform, specially the bathrooms. those are very old shower tub. used on the WWII
and the neighbords upsthere make noise most of the night. but maybe is because we stay during Holidays season. still it was very disturbing

Cons: Not very much. Scrapping the bottom of the barrel, a toilet brush and less worn out flooring. Slight issue with the app in that I paid for breakfast, but my confirmation included the extra money but not breakfast. Managed to sort via booking.com. BTW breakfast is 9€ via reception.
