Pros (+) All was good, breakfast offer not at buffet but great in quality and offer.
Cons (-) Very poor internet connection. An alternative softer pillow should be offered, at least one.
Cons (-) They had the elevator not working for 2 days. I have to walk daily few times up and down. They said they would deduct two days of my stay. Could you please check and make the refund.
