Pros (+) ..when I complained about the bad room, they agreed to refund my money
Cons (-) I booked a 4 star hotel for what then looked like a bargain price of $32 per night including breakfast. When I got to the hotel, the 4 star facilities was overbooked, so they put me in an adjacent wing which was either 1 or 2 star. The toilet stank, there were handprints on the wall..the furniture and look was 1 or 2 star quality..there were many other problems. I spoke the the director of marketi...
