It took so long waiting in line to get to the counter. I had to reschedule the plans that I made for my brothers bachelor party. It ruined the whole day. I waited for an hour and a half just to be able to get to the line to rent the car. Maybe there are more people needed at the front desk during times of high demand. The car was nice. It wasn’t super clean. The windows were dirty and it smelled like someone had smoked in it before. Other than that it was a good experience.Reviewed 26 Sep. 2023

Everything was very confusing at pickup and drop off. The cars are collocated with Avis and Budget but the people and information are not. No instructions in my booking email, and poor signage at the O’Hare car rental facility meant that my wife and I wasted precious time wandering around searching for answers.Reviewed 19 Sep. 2023

When I got there, there was line and no one behind the counter. That was because there was only one person working and she had to go out to have the vehicle for each customer brought up to be cleaned and handed over. My rental was for 3pm, I didn't get out of there until 4pm. She was nice an courteous. The vehicle was great.
