Pros:The staff explained that the insurance was not part of the rental agreement and I would have to pay separately. This was not the fault of the car rental company and they remained helpful and professional in their dealings with me.Cons:The offer from Kayak did not include insurance, which I had to purchase at the desk and more than doubled the cost of the rental. This is a total rip off as the offer presented didn't stipulate this . Incidentally if I had hired directly from the car hire company it would have been much cheaper.Reviewed 18 Aug. 2019
