Pros: My wife’s eyes and smile told me that she loved my planning and selection of this location - a perfect Valentine’s romantic weekend!!!
Cons: Not Applicable for this site.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every little detail in the room was anticipated!!! The room had informative booklets about the local area, an umbrella, a letter opener, valet stand, temple balm and earplugs for the light sleepers.......etc, etc. The room was also quite spacious and furnished more like a home than a hotel with several comfy armchairs.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hotel with beautiful, rustic rooms located on the main street.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Nice touches in the room. The staff was courteous and friendly.
Cons: Would have liked to take slippers with us, but they were not complementary? Are they reused?
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location. Step straight out into Main Street. Easy parking. Very interesting decor.
Cons: Not enough seating at breakfast. 3 tables for potentially circa 60 guests. No hot selection. Memory foam mattress hot and too soft (for me). Cable TV set up antiquated. Late check out for 3hours quoted at $99 which felt mean spirited given the price of room. Acid test is would I go back; no. And yes I travel very extensively so can benchmark this against similar “boutique” hotels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked everything.......
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Shower didn’t work ! Had to leave for San Jose airport 6:15 am
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice boutique hotel
Cons: No streaming movies on TV. DVD player provided instead. Needed a key to unlock electric vehicle charger.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was great attention to attention to detail and a feeling of luxury and care to everything. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Paint the boulders in front of the parking spaces in the parking lot yellow or red so they are more easily visible. I took a tumble over one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was lovely. Bed very comfortable Climate control very good. Overall a very positive experience
Cons: Fan in the Bathroom needs to be changed and TV remote was hard to work with.
6.3 Good
Pros: The cleanliness of the Hotel. The refreshments available in the lobby.
Cons: I could not turn on the bedside lamps....mechanism tiny and just spun. Bulb out on the lamp next to bedside chairs as well. I called the front desk to ask if there was carbon monoxide detectors in the room. The woman said she did not know and would get back to me. Never called back. I had a restless sleep from being unsettle about carbon monoxide posioning.

Pros: Love the spa treatments & staff. Always feel very pampered
Cons: It’s a Spa Resort , & after massage, wanted to relax by pool, there was a very obnoxious family. With 3 very, very loud children, I think I speak for everyone by pool, when I say took too long for staff to say something to the ill behaved family.

Pros: Derek runs a great property. I do business in the East Bay a lot so it’s a great change from marriotts and other standard hotels.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, cozy bed, decent breakfast
Cons: Couldn't get late checkout - they had already hit cap
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I absolutely LOVED my stay here!! I enjoyed everything about it! From the friendly staff to space of the hotel. Completely worth my stay!! I really enjoyed the simple access of the restroom from both the common space area and the room. The pool was always warm because of the location of it. The gym was clean! Having the laundry room in there made it odd but nonetheless the room had its own section to wash/dry and fold. The breakfast was our favorite part! The selection perfect!!
Cons: The only recommendation I have is maybe they should work on a better system on collecting the luggage carts. On our floor there were 3 which stayed there over night but when I went down for breakfast at 8am people were looking for them.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Spotlessly clean, nice friendly staff, very comfortable bed, nice big room. I would stay again. Also has a pool and fitness room.
Cons: No bar, so can be quiet in the evening if you don't want to go out.
7.4 Good
Pros: The extended stay is a nice clean place with a good breakfast. They also have a wonderful snack area that you can buy extra food so you don’t have to drive to the grocery store.
Cons: Shower was terrible. During the day, the water was hard to adjust and was at a scalding level (hopefully children are not left alone or they will easily receive burns.) then in the morning, there wasn’t enough heat and the shower was only luke warm. Secondly, the flimsy wood panel that is under the bathroom sink fell off when my wife bumped it just missing her feet. Had to call maintenance to fix.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean organized
Cons: Light over pool deck shined into my window
10.0 Excellent

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed and room. Nice pool area.
Cons: Parking lot is far from rooms. No free breakfast.
5.8 Okay
Pros: I was disappointed with this hotel. I have stayed at other Marriott hotels and they were awesome. I booked for two double room and we got a king with a roll away bed. I was not happy with that, my 58 year old friend had to sleep in a roll away bed. There were three of us and only one body towel so we had to request more. When we asked for more pillows they said we can only have two more. We wanted four more because we all sleep with multiple pillows. We called back again and they finally sent them. There was a six or tournament in town and kids everywhere. There were kids playing in the hall making all kinds of noise, I asked them to quiet down since it was 10:00. They didn’t do I called the front desk and was told they would sent someone up. I finally fell asleep at 11:00 to their noise. As far as I know, nobody came up to quiet them down. Overall I was disappointed and doubt very much I would stay at that location again. I have travelled fir business so I have stayed at numerous hotel brands and this one was just disappointing

Cons: We have no complaints at all. The hotel was awesome.
4.5 Okay
Cons: Asked for a rollout.bed, never got, asked for a blanket, never got, and asked for towels since there were 4 people and 2 towels, never got. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. Needless to say when I checked out I told the staff to cancel our request for those items since we didn’t need them anymore.

7.5 Good
Pros: We got two adjoining suites for my daughter’s birthday. The rooms were clean and comfortable once we figured out how to turn on the air conditioning.
Cons: The size of the pool was a little disappointing but I was happy there was one.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel provided a safe place to stay, I felt very safe. It was very clean and it was evident by the sight of staff continuously maintaining the property. The room was also very quiet considering the amount of traffic in the area.
Cons: The back door entrance was broken and opened without a keycard . Lack of outside seating which was missed. A few stray cats seem to live at the dumpster. Housekeeping also failed to fill the in room coffee selection.
7.5 Good
Pros: Check in was easy.
Cons: If you expect no cracks in the corners then this isn't the place for you. We are two teachers travelling with our 13 year old son. We want clean, decent and a good value. That is what we got.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They compensated for the dirty room.
Cons: It was renovated but still had a old feel and wasn’t clean. Parking was horrible and noisy.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: In-room amenities. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Special requests, like no-pet room due to allergies, were accommodated. Front desk staff friendly.
Cons: Breakfast was just all right - bagels were cold, muffins too small, only one pitcher of orange juice (always running out). Cleaning staff chatted too much in hallway and forgot to clean the room; night desk clerk had to come up and pick up dirty towels. There were four in the room, but towels provided were only for three people; everyday!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We called ahead because we would be checking in later than their 3 pm time. Staff was kind and wrote notes. Called later to confirm as it would be past 11 pm and manager was kind and said no problem. Hotel was sold out that particular day and we were traveling with another party - we couldn't be next to each other as we didn't realize we booked slightly different room styles but it all worked out. The breakfast was great, the kids like it and had many options. Staff were helpful and very kind.
Cons: parking, it was crowded and just didn't feel that secure as there was shattered glass in two spots that I was going to park in and moved when I saw that. When you aren't from the area you want a sense of security and it didn't seem as though anyone truly looked out for cars being taken care of, etc.
6.3 Good
Pros: Room and Diner facility were amazing
Cons: Receptionist ( Aleck M. ) were not very Helpful at all ..
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included good selections.

7.0 Good
Pros: Room was up to standard.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent as we were due to visit Livermore Municipal Airport. We were joining the Wings of Freedom Tour for a flight.
Cons: I was horrified to find that breakfast was served on polystyrene plates with plastic cutlery, with coffee in paper cups. For the number of people staying I would have thought that the Holiday Inn could have invested in a dishwasher to help the environment.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very clean and inviting. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when we needed an early checkin time. I would absolutely stay here again, should the need arise.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.
6.8 Good
Pros: The breakfast offered a lot of options, and was nice. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed.
Cons: The wifi was really difficult to connect to; it shouldn't be that hard. Another guest was having trouble and came down to ask the desk staff person, as well. I had trouble with all of my devices. The TV really was basic and pretty bad....would it cost that much to upgrade? Let us watch our own streaming on the TV; for instance, I would have loved to been able to sign onto my own Netflix, Prime, or xfinity streaming accounts. Not available. The Monday night wine event was canceled with no forewarning. I was going to go and enjoy; I hurried back, but was told, " Sorry, our bartender did not show up, sorry."

Pros: We loved the chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. We liked the location to Dublin, CA (one exit away). We liked the outdoor seating area next to the bar. Overall, the hotel was fine.
Cons: Our water heater didn't work and we didn't realize until late at night ... so our showers were a degree less than luke warm (doable, but not a nice warm shower). Our air conditioning shut down in the middle of the night as well, so it got very stuffy in our room. Not a warm shower, but an overly warm room. Some of the front desk staff didn't seem to want to be bothered. The two male front desk people were very, very friendly and helpful, however.

Pros: Staff, cleanliness
Cons: I was in room 311 on Christmas night and was awaken by a couple loudly arguing in next room and in hallway. After about 30 minutes it stopped only to resume again in about 45 minutes. Had a terrible night.

Pros: The atrium outside our room!
Cons: The feather pillow - my bad.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was quiet and comfortable, but definitely an old building.
Cons: Good Lord. Despite the fact that all their literature, and all of their advertising everywhere, specifies room service, it turns out you have to walk over to the restaurant, and depending on how far your room is, it can be quite a hike. But they are still room service prices, so I paid $23 for a hamburger. I thought maybe breakfast would be included in room service, but nope. 630 in the morning and you still have to get up, get dressed, walked into the restaurant, and pay $24 for pancakes, sausage, and juice. I thought maybe breakfast would be included in room service, but nope. 630 in the morning and you still have to get up, get dressed, walk down to the restaurant, and pay $24 for pancakes, sausage, and juice. I won’t be back.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The hotel had nice grounds and landscaping. The rooms were large and clean.
Cons: Homeless derelict in the hallway! Called front desk and was asked to hold. I guess they were checking someone in. I was on hold so long that I finally hung up. On Sunday, called sister-in-law to meet at the restaurant there at the hotel for breakfast. On-line hours were posted as open for breakfast until 10:00 am. However, restaurant manager informed us that they stopped serving at 9:30 so wouldn't seat us. Not a great experience after my sister-in-law drove in from out of town. Probably wouldn't have been as big a deal if I hadn't had the bad experience with the derelict in the hallway.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is really basic, its OK but not anything like a Marriott standard. This hotel is in a great location and the staff are lovely but this property could do with a make over and a serious update in the bar, restaurant and menu.
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, free water nice as restaurant alittle ways from room building.
Cons: Bathroom door bangs door into entrance. Also light makes alot of noise. Why doesnt this hotel have NBC? No golf either. When is this hotel changing it’s name? I would have booked through Marriott if I’d known.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room size! Delicious coffee and balcony!
Cons: Busy pool
7.0 Good
Cons: Paying to park in a unsucured parking lot. The ic maschine was always making noise but there was never any ice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very welcoming. Will return due to staff.
Cons: No refrigerator in room
4.5 Okay
Pros: I wouldn't know. I didn't get any. Also, one last thing I forgot, $9.00 for a well drink is ridiculous.
Cons: I did not like the fact that I am a Marriot member and I had to pay for parking. I also did not appreciate that when I booked the room, it stated breakfast was included but after I paid, it was a charge of $19.95. I can stay at a Best Western for the same $ amount with free parking and a full free breakfast. Very disappointing. Also, the ice machine did not produce any ice that was near my room. The noise level was ridiculous.

Pros: I liked the waffle. I wish they had some fruit to put on top but I enjoyed it anyway
Cons: the room looked nice but I was very disappointed when I saw cockroaches in the room. I called the receptionist to inform them. they didn't suggest to move me in different room. I didn't sleep thinking the cockroaches will crawl on the bed and the pillow was very hard on my neck. next day I checked out and they gave me 50 percent discount.

Pros: Location is what I was looking for and I got that with Best Western Pleasanton. Breakfast is the best with this hotel, love making my own Waffles, great selection with my favorites like yogurt, orange juice, fresh coffee, fruits etc. The staff is friendly and engaging, nice to be greeted.
Cons: My bathroom mat (bathtub) keeps missing every other day, its a mystery. No real complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best Western Pleasanton is my first hotel in mind when I book for a room. Great customer service overall, and staff is friendly and always greets you or ask if you need anything (very helpful when you are tired and or not having a good day and need peace and quiet). Easy check-in and out, no worries at all.
Cons: The freeway sounds and ground noise is really minimal but keep in mind, you are travelling and this hotel is rated highly for overnighters and solo travellers so I know it's not that serious to me. The rates do fluctuate daily and or weekly so that is a challenge when booking. No major complaints otherwise.

Cons: I can say a few that is really not a complaint, the noise outside is during the day (not a big deal), daily cleanup is a delay so that is inconvenient for me, and my tub mat is missing most days, and at night, the room above me is noisy but it stops late night so its not serious.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spotless room, pet friendly room.
Cons: Near freeway.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great safe location... good location for amenities
Cons: Noise from the highway huge issue Only drowned by the louder issues associated with the heater and air conditioning unit

7.0 Good
Pros: The remodel looks nice and I always love the pool and jacuzzi. I stay here every year when I drive halfway from LA to Humboldt. This year was disappointing and when I complained to the desk staff the manager never followed up with me.
Cons: The housekeeper did not check the clock and the alarm woke me up at 6am and I had to drive 6 hours so needed my sleep. The housekeeper only put in conditioner with no shampoo so I couldn't wash my hair. There was no toilet paper roll holder. I stay here every year so I was disappointed in these small details not being addressed, not to mention that it was super noisy. I was on the 2nd floor and could hear everyone walking on the third floor all night long. I never remember noise like that. I'm not sure if the remodel removed insulation or what. I complained to the front desk at 6am when I was jolted awake but no one has followed up with me.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Construction
6.3 Good
Pros: It was nice and updated.
Cons: Whoever “cleaned” the room previously, didn’t seem to thoroughly clean. There was hair left dried to the walls in the shower still, and a previous occupant had left a pair of underwear in the corner of the room. That was overlooked.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location and sauna, though the sauna had a slightly unpleasant smell
Cons: Signs everywhere said it was a no smoking hotel, however the smell of what seemed like cigarettes was overwhelming in the whole building. There were stains on the sheets, and the hallway carpet looks disgusting. The shower didn’t spray water It threw water at you. The pictures made it look much nicer than it actually was. We were looking forward to trying the breakfast that came with bc it looked like you could make your own waffles. Called the front desk who said breakfast ended at noon. We thought that was amazing! Buuuuut we got there at 1020 and breakfast ended 20 minutes ago. Front desk told us checkout time.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, right off the freeway - but we were far enough away to not hear the road noises. Nice assortment of breakfast options.
Cons: Walls were a bit thin, so could hear people talking in their rooms when walking down the hallways. But didn’t hear talking when we were in our room. Would of liked a balcony to be able to sit outside in the evening with a glass of wine.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was just OK. It had most of the breakfast foods (cereal, milk, juice, eggs& sausage(microwaveable kind), some fruits, coffee and etc.)
Cons: low-average quality food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean & quiet
Cons: Nothing to complain about
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel hallways are very dirty. Floors creak like an old house and the smell of old stale houses exist. They need to address cleaning ASAP.
Cons: Plenty
