Standard

The process to rent a car takes too long; the paper work is very slow. Also the car return is very slow, requiring the customer to come to the shop (to finish the "contract"). The car rented had an obvious problem, and it needed to be immediately replaced. Localiza did replace the car to a better model, at no extra cost (good!), but it took another 25 min to do so.
