The room was spacious with a big bed. All necessary facilities were inside: kettle, fridge, etc. The room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast is very tasty, especially freshly baked croissants. By the way the location is very nice, there are very beautiful parks close. The metro station and trams are very close to hotel. To get to city center you can walk or go by metro or take a tram - very easy and fast. We were in such a period when Coronavirus karantine started but hotel did their best to make our stay comfortable and safe.

I liked breakfast. Coffee was nice and plenty of fruits and vegetables. Very delicious croissants. It is nice to have a kettle in the room served with two types of tea and coffee.
There were some noisy guests, but this is not the fault of the hotel. First we got a very tiny room for two people, but then asked to changed it, it was done and we got a very big and nice room.

Excellent staff very helpful. We landed into a different hotel which was atrocious so looked for another. Which we found the belvedere . Very helpful on the reception and even spoke to the manager the morning after couldn't have been more helpful. Thank You very much.
