Very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice discussion with Luke about the very local history including some background about “ghosts” and some famous neighbors including H. P. Lovecraft. Just walking down the street feels like you are walking through history. As an item of improvement, I might suggest a few upgraded outlets, or at least outlet adapters to allow for easier recharging of devices....
