Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: 2 of the staff were really nice. . One young man from the restaurant who was very helpful and the young woman at the front desk greeting me off . .
Cons: I really did not like this hotel very much . Sorry to say. Had high expectations because of high reviews, but as I’ve learned you cannot always trust these. Most of the front desk staff seemed pretty rude on arrival . No warm welcome at least. They lacked simple service manners in a number of interactions I had with staff that were handled extremely clumsily and outright rudely. Not space to mention everything here . After being showed to my room, by a bellboy with very unpolished shoes, I felt it necessary to complain about my room, because it had an obvious smell of old cigarette smoke in it. Had told them prior that I am extremely sensitive to this. The lady in the reception handled this by denying that it had any smoke smell, thereby suggesting that I should be making this up or that I was clearly delusional by smelling this. She said I had to be wrong because they had someone check before I came, and that person had not smelled anything. By persisting that I was still bothered by the smell, she hesitated, almost sighing that she could show me another room and whisked me away with bellboy once more to finally show me another room. This was better and more fresh /clean smelling. When I came down in the reception later, She coldly reminded me and without a smile: “Just want to let you know that this was a higher grade room, so this was an upgrade ”. (almost to make me Feel ashamed and scorn me to know I ought to be grateful for her great service). Did however not really look like an upgrade to me, as the previous room was newer looking and same size. All in all it must be the guest who is always right and the hotel’s job to make sure the rooms smell completely fresh. Not for the guest to apologise for everything as I was made to do in this situation. Not sure about the high praises about the design of this hotel either. Most of the furniture and floor carpet was worn out and past their prime. More accurately stains on carpet and scratches on table.

6.3 Good
Pros: Nice staff, good breakfast and clean. The sauna was pleasant until it broke.
Cons: Aside from many small things ( housekeeping knocking on the door at 9am, confusing light switches, lights that are either too dim or blindingly bright), the main problem is the noise and the heat. We stayed during New Years and the party at the club next door lasted into the late afternoon. You could hear the music in the hallway and the pounding basses in the room. We later moved to a room overlooking the street. Despite the triple glazing you can still hear the traffic. The heat in the room was sickening. Our first room had no outside windows and the thermostat could not be turned down. Reception tried to regulate it centrally, but it made little difference. It was so warm and stuffy we slept badly and couldn’t wait to leave the room for some fresh air in the morning. We then moved to a room with window that greatly helped with the temperature but because it overlooks the busy road outside, you need earplugs to sleep and even then hear the drunks outside, the fire trucks pass by and the trams squeaking in the rails.

Pros: Eerything was fine.

Pros: the guy in the night shift was very professional and provided great assistance.

2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Hotel counted me for minibar that i didnt used, next bad thing was that they written off from my bank account money twice. When they tryed to take money from my bank account, they blocked my card, because my bank thought that some one is trying to scam my card. I had very bad expierence after visiting that hotel. I will never come back there... They disappointed me.

Cons: None
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It's complicated! I have stayed at intercontinental 4 times with total of more than 2 months! ( stayed one time for almost a month!) and I keep coming back every year. and I will probably return again, as it is still one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Yet, I do seem to see how everything is slowly rating down. everything is great overall and I am great-full and content!!! there is no better hotel in Warsaw and I stayed in most of them. beds are the best I have ever slept in. quite, clean, great view. fascilities, accessories , everything it super ! I wouldn't think twice
Cons: Yet!!!! as a returning costumer, I expect to be treated a bit different ( as I do in my business) I expect maybe a free upgrade to a better view, I wouldn't ask for it and was happy with what I was given yet, I stayed in many of the rooms and noticed that the hotel do not treat its returning guests ( which bring business to the hotel, as I brought a group with me) with the respect they should have. and that is a bit sad. I did expect the hotel to be on top of these things. Also, small things have gone ...loosen up a bit. I booked a double room and received two twin. asked for a double blanket which arrived only a day later. room still was set up for one .... toilet sit had started getting eaten by water, which doesn't effect the use, however, effects the overall cleanliness. water heating system was a bit... not precise so it took me 3-5 minutes every time setting up the water to the desired temperature, in the meantime wasting water. So that's why it is complicated! intercontinental is by far the best hotel I stayed in and the prices are fair. this review goes out to the manager, that can take the hotel from excellent to perfect with just a few small steps . will probably see you again in the future

Pros: I have stayed in the Polonia many times both before and after its renovation. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is good and well priced. The rooms are well soundproofed, spacious and comfortable. If you are visiting Warsaw for the first time ask for a room that overlooks the Square so that you can appreciate the view.
Cons: Nothing not too like!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 2nd time staying here following a very positive 1st stay a few years ago. This hotel is lovely. We were up graded to a large room this stay, a nice touch. The breakfast is legendary. It really is everything you could ever need. The hotel is well located and a nice walk to the Royal Route which leads to the Old Town. The location encourages lots of walking, but if you need to, you can access the metro easily. A lovely hotel and 10 out of 10 for 2 visits.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Was a great hotel, position was spot on, staff were lovely always room for improvement. Excellent breakfast, vodka n champagne was available, rooms were comfortable and quite large. Inside was very well decorated and impressive. Outside well it was winter but could do with some greenery or something out front. Bar was good, service was excellent. Free drink on checkin was good. Close to transport and shopping area. Not far from castles and palaces.
Cons: Conditioner is not a big item in Poland hotel bathrooms, but would be good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Polonia Palace Hotel has so much to offer both business and leisure travelers. Great location, big, comfortable, QUIET and well appointed rooms, attentive staff and the best breakfast buffet ever. Conference rooms are attractive and convenient to the guest rooms and amenities. We would stay there again and recommend it without hesitation.

Pros: Good hotel with a GREAT staff. Every request was attended to thoroughly and quickly.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Classic European lux hotel. A grand dame of Warsaw. Fully modern with wonderful, English-seaking staff. Very comfortable room; king bed; excellent Internet service; huge comfortable bathroom. Outstanding breakfast (get breakfast with your rate!). Also enjoyed dinner one evening when it was particularly sleety and blustery outdoors -- did not want to go anywhere.
Cons: Hotel provides soap and shower gel in dispensers rather than individual bars or tubes.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building in an absolute prime location. The room was simple but comfortable. The gym and sauna were nice and breakfast has huge variety.
Cons: No complaints.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was nice and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful toilet with shower over the bath. Also the sofa in front of the tv was a good relaxing spot for a rainy evening. We also tried the pizza restaurant downstairs and the food was amazing!
Cons: The room was way too warm, even if we turned down the heating and opened a window the air was still so dry and hot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. English was clear and easy to understand. Room had no issues. Breakfast was standard European buffet. Location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and public transportation.
Cons: Nothing!
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was good to have a nice walk from center to old town - very close to all kinds of restaurants and activities. The hotel had a nice small fitness room - we used it and it was good. We didn't try breakfast here as it was a bit expensive for the offer, bus as there are plenty of cafes and restaurants, we had our meals outside the hotel and don't regret it :)
Cons: Honestly I am really surprised that this hotel has 4 stars, I wouldn't give more than 3. At least our room (No 104) really need some update, the walls in bathroom are cracked and the one corner of the sink in the bathroom was broken. The building is in the court, but anyways we didn't have a good sleep, because some people were partying outside and acting loud during the nights unfortunately, so we were happy that we had to stay only 2 nights there :( Garage parking is for extra fee - 12 EUR per day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Top in the Warsaw
Cons: Nothing
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Quite a good location to touristic areas, shopping, and some cool bars/restaurants. The hotel upgraded us to a larger suite as well!
Cons: Staff is not the most friendly compared to your typical western hotels.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: very nice stay apart from the noise at night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had stayed there 9 years ago and I remember I liked it, so I decided to book it again. This time I even got an upgrade! The room was very big, comfortable and clean. The location is excellent, very close to restaurants and shops. There are even 2 good restaurants at the hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Loved everything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very big room. It is very good for family. The location is perfect! Really nothing to complain.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room we got was extremely spacious with two toilet rooms (insanely awesome feature). There was a bath in the bathroom, which already makes this hotel room better than my home.
Cons: The only thing that I can mention is that our double bed consisted of two single beds which makes it uncomfortable to sleep together (someone always sleeps in the gap between)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was huge yet cosy, with a spacious bathroom and an additional WC at the back. Comfy bed. Pleasant, unpretentious decor.
Cons: The bathroom could do with a new toilet brush
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremly well as usual. Warm and cousy. Will return for sure

Pros: Friendly staff. Good location. Beatifull building and well maintained
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel with a very relaxed feeling. Gorgeous interior in rooms. Staff were mostly friendly and accommodated all requests, especially the staff in the pool & spa area. Location is superb as its right in the old town of Warsaw. Lots of nice restaurants/cafes around.
Cons: I would advise to NOT let the hotel book you a taxi to the airport when you are leaving. Whatever company they call are over-charging for the trip; the trip was an additional 130 zlotys than what we paid at the airport official taxi rank upon arrival. We thought that letting the hotel book our taxi would lead to them contacting a reputable company, but clearly that wasn't the case... Being ripped off like that left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths after such a lovely stay at the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for touring around the old city. Close to shops, restaurants. Also near the river and lovely park.
8.5 Excellent

Cons: Not a thing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location - excellent, no idea about breakfast; swimming pool - Ok, though very small, numer of beds at the pool - just three, one small sauna
Cons: More choice of meals in the restaurant ....
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff and the location were perfect. I loved the bathroom and the modern feel and cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons: It was a little too quiet. The seating set up on the front patio didn't see to say"come and sit awhile".

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in. Planning an event in Warsaw? This hotel has facilities measuring 2200 square feet (204 square meters), including a conference center. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
7.4 Good
Pros: Reasonable price compared to other hotel with comparable amenities
Cons: No breakfast included.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great alternative to the hotels located at the airport. Clean, great staff, location, shuttle bus, price.
4.0 Okay
Pros: This was the third stay at this excellent hotel. It is very comfortable, clean, and with excellent facilities and provides an ideal stopover for Warsaw Chopin Airport. The shuttle service is reliable and efficient. Probably would not want stay anywhere else.
Cons: We stay at hotels quite alot either independently or together. On this occasion at this hotel there was a problem due to the anti-social behaviour of other guests. When we stay at a hotel the fundamental idea is to get some sleep especially after a busy day or lengthy travelling. At around 23.00 a small group arrived in rooms near ours and were inconsiderately noisy. At 01.15 I had to knock on their door - three rooms away from ours - and emphatically tell them "Prosze badz cicho!" ( Please, be quiet!). They appeared totally shocked by this but were quiet and there was no more trouble. The hotel, like most others, has a policy of silence between 22.00 - 06.00 and this really should be emphasised to guests. This blatant disregard of other guests has occurred at two other hotel we have stayed at, and, curiously, one them was a competing hotel at Warsaw Chopin Airport! and that was why we started booking regularly at the Okecin Airport Hotel. Having said that, the hotel in itself is excellent, but the management need to emphasise to guests in a more explicit way to behave in a civilised manner and to observe the hours of silence.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I like the free shuttle bus. When we were at the airport, we just stayed at the stand point of the hotel outside the airport then call the number. Around 10 minutes the shuttle bus came and took us to the hotel. When went inside the room, we saw my name on the screen of the TV and it feels like we are special visitor. It is like personalized service. I like also the Mirage restaurant, we had a superb dinner with the help of the good waiter. We didn’t have breakfast because of our early flight. But I think they have good breakfast also.
Cons: I think the bed is a little bit hard. And the towels are rough. But it doesn’t matter.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Wide, comfy bed.
Cons: Bus driver did not pick up the phone! We got a corner room which was very cold.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good food and service in the restaurant. Nicely equipped gym.
Cons: Upon landing in Chopin airport we made a call to Hotel's reception to ask for the shuttle service to the hotel. They responded it will take 5-10 minutes. We had to wait 25 minutes for the free shuttle service from Chopin's arrivals.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Having an airport shuttle is such a huge help. Staff is friendly. Room, bathroom good size. Will stay again if flying out of Warsaw.
Cons: A little far fr old town, but doable with bus.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: More drinks in minibar
Cons: Internet conecton
5.1 Okay
Pros: Close to the airport, frequent shuttle service. Reasonable prices.
Cons: Poor placement and not enough signs guiding to the entrance to the hotel driveway and reception area while driving. Underground parking was blocked by a tour bus. I didn't even realize there was a parking entrance there. Had to park far and drag my luggage for a city block. The weather was hot (30C) and the room as about the same temperature. The AC made noise but it didn't help. Waited in line for 10 minutes for the reception even though there were three customers before me. Poor experience overall. I was glad I only had to stay there overnight.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and modern hotel. Great location if you want to be near the airport and not have any airport noise. The free hotel shuttle leaves the hotel every 30 minutes beginning at 4AM and is on time. It also runs late at night. You can walk to the airport in about 20 minutes. There is a grocery store about a 15 minute walk in the direction away from the airport.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Decent Clean Hotel very close to Warsaw Chopin Airport
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service, fast and clear communication, great breakfast choice

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, pleasant decor and spacious bathroom. Good facilities. Good to have a kettle and a fridge. Quirky decor throughout the hotel. Hotel is clean and tidy. I appreciated the seating area and the 'library' as I had not brought a book with me. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Great choices at breakfast.
Cons: Couldn't turn down the heating so this affected my sleep. A safe in the room would have been very useful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Vary nice room. The breakfast was divers and good quality. Safe parking in the underground garage.

Pros: Very nice to have a selection of cooked and cold breakfasts in the morning. Great that there was a choice between coffee machine-coffee and filter coffee too. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: Small but good breakfast that had most of what you could ask for.
Cons: Ineffective check-in. Despite that I had booked three rooms, they asked if we would like to have five. The check-in process took over 10 minutes. There was a sign that they care about the environment and asks us to reuse our towels. Still, they replaced the towels even though we hanged them on the rack. The location was a bit off.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and room design
Cons: room.size tooo small
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff Easy access to public transport Very clean and quiet
Cons: The shower leaked quite a lot - quite poorly built Restaurant/bar very pricey
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, spacey room. Great bed and pillows. But the real perk of my stay were the reception staff - very helpful with everything and anything that I needed. Perfect for a quick business trip and close to the metro station.
Cons: I do not recommend breakfast; I think it's too pricey. There are a lot of choices, though I don't think everything is as fresh as it is supposed to be - e.g. muffins and sweet buns were dry. I wouldn't complain if I paid less, but for this price (70 zł) I could have gone out and gotten myself two breakfasts with better ingredients.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room. Good location.
Cons: No minibar in the room. The wifi was non-existent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Complete perfection.
Cons: Amazing hotel, cannot fault it.
