Pros: - Rodriguez and his family are the coolest and most helpful people - The place is clean, comfortable and has everything you need - The location is exactly as it says on the map and is in a quiet neighbourhood in a national park, surrounded by wildlife. - If you get chance use the taxi service of Raul to take you to the Brazilian side of Iguazu.
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fascinating almost-suburban location a few blocks from the main highway. The hosts were enthusiastic (almost to the point of pushy) and knowledgable. Their partnered remise driver was helpful as well. The air conditioning worked well, as did the shower, and we slept well. Laundry was inexpensive and ready by the end of the day. We felt included temporarily in a tiny family-run community.
Cons: The breakfast is sparse, some toast plus a couple of Pão de queijo balls. But for the price I did not expect anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Matias is very nice and he help you whatever you need! perfect!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were absolutely amazing! We got so many good advice and they were super helpful and friendly. The location is a bit further from the town, but the bus line is very close by, you can super easily take the bus to the Argentinian falls. For the Brazilian falls there is a private driver for a good rate which is very comfortable and helps you at the border. We also got very good advice for a walking tour in town and some local activities. There is a small swimming pool, which is a bit old, but still very welcoming after a hot day at the falls. The English of the hosts is very good and they make super nice food if you want any! Hamburger is great! I would certainly recommend, it is an excellent choice! On the day we were leaving to Ushuaia we were allowed to stay the whole day in the reception/breakfast area and got some great food again. Very nice!
Cons: The rooms were a bit older, but really in line with the price and the rooms are nice and quiet with a good bed and even better air conditioning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff - Matias and his wife were amazing hosts, speaking good english The breakfast - very rich and we got a fresh avocado right from the tree when we asked for it Very comfortable and quiet room with a comfy bed Bus stop and grocery stores close to the place, in the middle between the Hito tres fronteras and the Iguazu falls Beautiful surroundings and a swimming pool on site Eco-friendly hostel with craft brewed beer on stock Excellent coffee and dinner for a good price (we chose salteado con pollo) Good taxi services on demand
Cons: After the whole day out, the room was very hot so we had to use the air conditioning Since it is in the heart of a nature reservation, there are mosquitos
9.5 Excellent
Pros: friendly and very helpful staff, clean rooms, nice patio,
Cons: noisy AC
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owner was very helpful! With great advice for walking round the falls and very friendly. Location a little out of town so nice and peaceful. Easy bus to town 5 mins walk. Breakfast was good-coffee and cheese bread
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent staff very helpful, in organizing taxi and adventures for us like a trip to the local bar even.
Cons: Basic room, would have liked a fridge, the location was a bit out of the way, the road was very broken up and muddy and drained away by the rain. Food was limited.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely rural and very safe location, drinks and food available, fair prices, great attention and Raul's taxi service was superb!
Cons: Due to rain roads gets really muddy.

Overview Reviews
There are so many great waterfalls in the world and when many people think of famous waterfalls, they immediately think of Niagara Falls or Victoria Falls. The reality is the most stunning waterfalls are located in Argentina. Iguazu Falls are some of the biggest in the world and the most stunning. There are many great ways to see the falls, but the best way is to stay in a hotel that gets you right near the falls while providing some amazing service with world-class amenities. Though it may seem remote, the truth is it’s easy to find a great hotel in this area offering everything you could want. That place is Falls Iguazu Hotel and Spa. Falls Iguazu Hotel and Spa offers some of the best accommodations in the region because it has travelers like you in mind. Getting to Iguazu Falls is not the easiest of trips but once you arrive at the hotel, the beauty of the place is unlike any other hotel you have been to. The hotel fits perfectly in the landscape. The massive pool is a great place to get some swimming in and the breakfast buffet is loved by many guests. There are so many great views, you can easily sit on the balcony and see some of the greatest scenes that nature has to offer. Staying at the Falls Iguazu Hotel and Spa is a great way to see one of nature’s great wonders. This hotel offers so much to guests so book a stay today and see this great hotel and natural wonder.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great rooms, half board is a good option, staff is quite friendly
Cons: Pool was not clean, there were used plates around in the morning, when we came, and nobody cared to take them away, when we settled. The food was ok, but not great. The spa lacks ambiance, very basic.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the hotel make you feel welcome. The ladies that assist with excursion arrangements and general happenings in and around the hotel are fantastic and very informative. It is very easy to reach the hotel from the border. If you want to visit the Brazilian side of the falls land transport is easy to arrange directly from the hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: - Check in is fast but check-out takes some time. - Breakfast and Dinner are Buffet and change every day, good quality and many choice. - Cleanliness: very good and comfortable compared with other hotels I lived in Argentina.
Cons: - Location: It takes 15 min to the town and no public transport. No leisure during night, little boring. And you have to take the taxi to the falls (AR1200 for return journey in April 2019). That means you choose to live here, you have to bear lots of extra fees.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and clean, and there was a good variety of food at the buffet. It's very easy to arrange a taxi from the location and it's closer to the airport rather than staying downtown.
Cons: Free activities offered on the website should have been better organized. When I checked in, I was advised that a family of nine was going on the tour, they only had nine bicycles and if I wanted another bike for my partner, I'd have to pay for it. The other tour, visita a comunidades guaraníes, wasn't offered. I would not consider the spa, a spa. My booking included the one-hour "water circuit" and I was told it wasn't included and had to show proof that it was included which was awkward. The "roman bath" was a warm pool with people playing ball and yelling. Next, we were asked to sit in two different saunas and take a shower after each. The end. Massage services were available, and they said to wait in the lobby in our wet swimsuits. The whole experience was very bizarre and the staff weren't very experienced. We asked for soap to take a shower after the massage and they said they didn't have any.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The 2 concierge folks that I spoke to were very helpful in planning out the trips to the different sides of the falls, which allowed me to maximize my short time there. The rest of the staff was welcoming too. Nice to have dinner included, especially after a long day at the park. It's located in the middle of a jungle - beautiful and very peaceful. It's also close to the Brazilian border and about a 20 minute drive to the Argentine side of the falls.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great amenities. Awesome staff and close to the falls.
Cons: Internet was pretty slow.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The food was amazing. It never disappointed! The nature walk behind the hotel and the pool were also very nice.
Cons: They were painting and fixing a few things while I was there, so you could feel a light smell of paint in the lobby.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Big rooms, very clean and well kept grounds
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, walking distance to the centre but taxis are available if you do not want to. Evening meal and breakfast were both buffet style and above average. Sofia was very helpful in helping to plan trips, taking great care and time to show many different options. She arranged for a driver to take me to the falls and I arranged with him when to pick me up after my trip (1200 pesos). He was excellent and very accommodating. Would happily stay again.
Cons: WiFi was very poor in my room
6.3 Good
Pros: The food was nice in the restaurant. The hotel itself was nice enough.
Cons: The room type was oversold - it claimed to have a hot tub but it was just a regular sized bath, under the shower. Disappointing as this was why we chose the hotel over others.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good, could be better
Iguazu Jungle Lodge - Puerto Iguazú - Building

Located in Puerto Iguazú, Iguazú Jungle Lodge is within a 15-minute drive of Bird Park and Cataratas Avenue. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was a beautiful hotel. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The rooms were incredible with a balcony and incredible view of the jungle. We were about 10-15 min walk to the center, although you are about 5 min walk to supermarkets and shops. Tres fronteras was about a 30-40 minute walk. The hotel also helps you book the adventure boat ride for Iguazu Falls, which the company is owned by the same owners of the hotel; boat ride was great but very pricey especially for Argentina. The restaurant in the hotel was exceptional! Breakfast was great with plenty of choices.
Cons: Nothing really.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Jungle Lodge has an amazing restaurant that does fabulous dinners. They even have an extensive wine cellar. The lofts are spacious and in a very quiet location. The size of the double beds are extra large. The pool can be used even in the winter months of July and August. The personnel is very helpful and can assist in booking taxi rides to and from the airport and also trips to the Cataratas.
Cons: Breakfast ends at 10 a.m.; it would be nice if this was at a later time. The same goes for check-out time which is also at 10 a.m. The Lodge is not very close to the Cataratas, but it is an enchanting place to stay.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We loved this spot. They had a terrific restaurant (all the locals raved about it) and they were correct. We had a great dinner here one night. The resort had a nice game room with ping pong and a pool table. My son and I had a great time just hanging out. Our loft had a kitchen, but you had to ask for the basics like plates and silverware....which was a little inconvenient. But they did have wine glasses, an opener, and other glassware. They also had a microwave which came in handy. Easy location to walk to town to see the sights. and stock up on food and supplies We also arranged transportation to the Brazilian side of the falls through the hotel (which was a great experience).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great! The staff was very kind and willing to help with whatever they could. The restaurant served delicious meals and good selection of things for breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting with lovely rustic rooms. Dinner in the restaurant was superb, and hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we maximised our time at the Falls. A wonderful experience
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Huge room with balcony looking over river.Great restaurant on site with excellent food and service
Cons: 10-15 minute walk into town
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous restaurant, lovely pool, beautiful room with balcony.
Cons: More info in the room would have been helpful and poolside service wasn't available without going into the restaurant to ask.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Food menu choices. Could be more widespread
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Our family of 3 three stayed for two nights. The restaurant, pool and hotel grounds were the best parts of our stay. The restaurant is exceptional. Very high quality food and wine. We tried both its steak and risotto and both were delicious. The pool area is very nice and comfortable. Also the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room, though, was a little bit of a disappointment. We reserved a family suite and it was on a lower level. Pretty outdated room, poor natural lighting, old bedding. Just generally a depressing room.
Cons: Outdated family suite room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best food we had during our stay in Argentina. Great location, great staff, wonderful experience!

Pros: Dinner at the El Jardin restaurant was exceptional and romantic - complementary amuse bouche and glass of champagne were a very nice touch. Jacuzzi bath in our room was a lovely touch too.
Cons: Could have offered complementary bottled water even though the tap water is safe to drink - I think that’s what a 5 star hotel should do regardless.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We went for two days and stayed four. The management did a good job to accomodate our requests for changes, Spent there New Years Eve and had an excellent programme and organization.
Cons: I personally do not like that much loud music at the swimming pool.

10.0 Excellent
Cons: Service a little slow restaurants.
7.5 Good
Pros: Executive Room was huge, like an apartment with a very nice bathroom. Facilities & garden very nice. Breakfast was very nice.
Cons: Wheelchair access is very difficult to access the swimming pool & Roman bath gym & gardens. There isn’t a lift to these things & no ramp or facility for wheelchair dependant people, however they can be accessed by a difficult narrow winding path. Hotel power in the early evening seemed to have problems with the lights going off a lot. Hotel restaurant has limited dinner options over 5 nights.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Coffee was wonderful. Dinner on the patio overlooking the pool was awesome too.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Room size
Cons: Service from staff. Lack of communication. Had a function on till 2am music very loud.

Pros: Beautiful jungle setting close to both Argentinian and Brazilian side of the Falls.

Pros: The location is great. I wouldn't want to stay at the Sheraton as it is run down and in the middle of the jungle! Loi suites is much more beautiful with great views and fantastic pool area. Also the breakfast is regal. Fantastic! The staff is extremely courteous
Cons: WIFI in the room is extra charge Bar and Restaurant service is EXTREMELY slow. On multiple occasions and with different waiter I had to wait 20-30 (!!!) minutes for a cocktail to come out

With a stay at El Pueblito Iguazu in Puerto Iguazú (Zona Granja), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Bird Park and Cataratas Avenue. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was extremely spacious with two double beds which were very comfy. The room was clean and a decent size bathroom
Cons: Everything was good.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a pool and bathrooms with showers that you can use after going to the waterfalls and coming back to the hotel to pick up your luggage
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It truly is a "little town." The property is spread out and feels like a resort (but keep in mind it is clearly NOT a resort). The room was HUGE. We had a double bed for ourselves and another for our luggage with half the room to spare. Great air conditioner. There is a taxi stand next door, so getting in and out of town is easy (but relatively pricier than the public bus that has a stop very near the property). The restaurant staff was nice and attentive. Breakfast was very good with many choices. There is a Bio Center located next door as part of the property. As a hotel guest there is not an entrance fee. If you like reptiles and snakes, it is the place for you. We visited a couple of times (the pythons were HUGE).
Cons: The location is a little ways from the town center, but not a deal breaker. An easy taxi ride or about a 30 minute walk. The check-in process was a bit crazy. There was only one gentleman checking people in. He also showed people to their rooms. This left the front desk often unattended and people had to wait 15-20 minutes to check-in. Keep in mind, this may have been a scheduling issue at the time of our stay.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice basic hotel. Loved the animal exhibit
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous hotel and the staff were super friendly. Food was excellent. Highly recommended and definitely return
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here two nights, and its close proximity to Iguazu Falls and the airport made it a good choice. There’s a restaurant on site that made dining easy, where there are many options on the menu (e.g. pasta, steak, sandwiches, salads, etc.), and the meals I had were satisfying and reasonably priced. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the bed comfortable. One of the big perks to the stay is the grounds, where there are plants and animals on display. A serpentarium, butterfly house, aquarium, and other structures allow one to see the wide variety of fauna, and the layout encourages a leisurely walk through all the flora as well.
Cons: I was on the ground floor at the end of the building, so it was probably a bit noisier than some of the other rooms - whenever anyone was going up or down the stairs, it was possible to hear them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Alan at the front desk was extraordinarily helpful. We went to the Falls after we had checked out, and had a flight at 10pm. He knew what we were going to ask before we asked it...could we leave our bags at the hotel. He told us we could leave tjem there. Return after the Falls, take a shower, have a swim, order dinner etc. exactly what we needed. We had the same driver to and from the Falls, and later to the airport. Brilliant. Less then U.S prices, but more than Salta (for taxi). No big thing. They’re making a living and I’m grateful for their hospitality.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and helpful staff in getting us taxis and telling us where to go.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We love this place! It's combined with the Biocentro Iguazu so you're surrounded by the nature which is great. The room itself is very spacious and minimalistic style. Good air condition. And of course, what we like the most, are delicious breakfast. A lot of natural products. It was the only place in our three weeks stay in Argentina where we got tomatos or any other vegetables. I truly recommend it! And it's easy to get to waterfalls.
Cons: Nothing.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Things we like: 1. Staff co-operation was beyond expectation. Even if most of them were not knowing english, they always tried to understand our needs. 2. Even basic room was very spacious and comfortable. Every other seemed to be perfect. We did not notice any flaws
Cons: Things which need improvement: 1. Breakfast needs to have more variety. It was item wise same for both the days 2. Gym equipments seemed to be old and not working property. Hotel, specially look for small multi gym you have.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel - amazing location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very well laid out property with size-able rooms, a helpful front desk (even in English), and surprising comfort for the Iguazu Falls area.
Cons: The included breakfast was good but dinner could have been better for the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff , very kind. Excellent breakfast too.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Mercure Iguazu Hotel Iru is the nearly perfect accommodation for anyone visiting the Iguazu Falls. The room we stayed in was a Junior Suite with a very comfortable bed, good sized room with balcony and quiet location. The pool looked great but we didn’t get to use it, however we did eat dinner in the restaurant which was in a lovely setting with good and tasty food options. Highly recommended.
Cons: Only possible issue is the location as it is set in a area outside of the centre of town amongst other Hotels but not near any other restaurants / shops.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing decor throughout the hotel, the lobby area is particularly impressive and it is all very modern. Rooms are large, impeccably clean with a massive comfortable bed (our best nights sleep through our 3 months travelling). Bathroom was nice and large also with an excellent rain shower. Balcony overlooking the pool was nice also. Excellent WiFi which worked strongly anywhere in the hotel. The staff were all brilliant, very welcoming, friendly and informative. Speaking English was a nice added bonus and they have a taxi service on site which is useful. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, I do not understand the negative reviews on this. There were lots of sweets (churros, waffles, croissants etc.) but also fresh fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, breads, cereals and some hot food so lots of choice and mostly very tasty. The restaurant food is quite good also and for a hotel very reasonably priced. There is a gym that we used but it is more for cardio, (as expected in most hotel gyms) there are not really any free weights that are heavy enough. There are a couple of treadmills, cross trainer and some abs equipment. There is a wet spa also for a reasonable cost and spa treatments also which are also reasonably priced. It was my birthday and they made a delicious cake (honestly one of the nicest cakes we have ever had) which was so big we had to leave half in the fridge, this was a really nice touch. Lastly they offer very well priced and tasty packed lunches for Iguazu Falls that are cheaper than most food in the park.
Cons: The only reason we marked down slightly is due to facilities. The swimming pool looked lovely but even in 28 degree heat was freezing and we couldn’t get in so was unusable. The jacuzzi outside was luke warm also and should be a lot hotter. Only other thing is the scrambled eggs looked very watery at breakfast but otherwise an amazing stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location in the middle of the jungle, beautiful hotel, great breakfast...
Cons: All was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location friendly and efficient staff great rooms
Cons: The breakfast and the menus were not that great.
5.0 Okay
Pros: How the hotel constructed is very beautiful and precious, looks luxurious.
Cons: it looks very nice, but many things needs repair or replaced, it was broken tab of bidet so that splashes around the water (can't use), hair dryer was low potential ever I had so that it takes for ages to dry hair completely. it's small things, but let me down.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Little bit out of town so requires a taxi to go anywhere
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, nice territory, clean spacious rooms, good breakfast
Cons: Quality / price , for 5 stat hotel service wasn’t perfect : reception and room service

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Visited during a full moon and was able to visit the falls at night with a special moonlight excursion
Cons: Air conditioning did not work, fortunately it was not a problem as we were here in winter and able to leave the door open. Really not acceptable given the high cost of staying at this location. Upgrade to the top floor was not good value given the additional expense. The private Red lounge was small with limited services and little additional comfort - save the $$ and go for a helicopter ride. Lounge staff were very helpful in arranging excursions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel rooms , the cleanliness , food menu , ambience
Cons: The mattresses / beds could be more comfortable . The power cuts were very brief due to construction. The elevators are small : this would be a problem in peak travel times
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff friendliness.
Cons: Very slight mustiness in the room.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location is amazing
Cons: The air conditioner was turned off for the hotel and our room was very warm and uncomfortable for sleeping

Pros: Breathtaking views and right in the park makes exploring so easy! Loved the food staff and location! Oh and the spa! Bring a suite and enjoy full access to water therapy pools, sauna and more
Cons: All of the food was amazing except for a late evening order at the bar. Food came out cold and bland. Maybe because it was late but I was pretty disappointed

Pros: Starting with the extremly friendly personal, rooms with overwhelming views the very large and clean pool area the restaurant with perfect food to reasonable prices the spa and fitness center and last but not least the location. The location will save you one vacation day because you are in walking distance to the falls and need not going by bus from the city and pay for every entrance.
Cons: It is expensive but once you are there you will love it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel it is within minute walking to the Iguazu falls, so no need for tour guys or anything. Can be at the last minute out walking or have a jog in the morning through the jungle. The view from the main pool is amazing.
Cons: No inner pool for kids during winter season.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location in argentine side walking to cataratas trails
Cons: Food, you are trapped and the food is expensive and bad.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: English speaking and helpful front desk staff. Decent buffet breakfast included. Very spacious room.
Cons: Our room looked over entrance and was noisey early in the morning with tour buses idling and voices of loud travellers.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location if travelling without car. Bus station at only 100mts.
Cons: Breakfast with plenty of things but not good quality.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Breakfast quality could improve. Similarly, dinner menu and quality at the restaurant could be better.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was good
Cons: The rooms are very noisy. You can hear your neighbour snoring at night.
7.0 Good
Cons: There was only one hard chair in the double room. Uncomfortable having to sit on the beds.
6.8 Good
Pros: Some parts of the hotel are new, such as the restaurant terrace, swimming pool and gym. The breakfast was good and dinner exceeded our expectation.
Cons: On the other hand, some facilities such as our room and certain parts of the hotel were outdated, needing some reform. At check-in, there was a certain lack of hospitality, although the front desk Xavier was very friendly and helpful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location is good: right by the bus terminal to go to the Iguazu, close to Airport too. Also lots of restaurants and supermarkets around, The staff was mostly helpful, smiling, polite. The room was really spacious, the views were also amazing from there, Hotel offered a 15% discount at nearby restaurant. The breakfast was really tasty and variable. They even had explanations of main Argentinian food. Swimming pool was super great, big, with palms and trees around. The room was always clean and warm.
Cons: WiFi was slow. We only stayed 1 night, and, in the morning, WiFi was good but in the evening it did not work with YouTube or Instagram. The swimming pool was not clean, there were leafs and a bit of dirt inside.
5.5 Okay
Pros: One of the porters was helpful with the window that failed to close and the safe in the room. It does have a good location, though the town is small, so not a big bonus.
Cons: I opted to stay here rather than a simpler hosteria as I was nearing the end of my trip and the photos implied a good quality hotel with a sauna, etc. I found reception staff stiff and unfriendly. Room was not to my expectations or, I felt, to the booking.com description but staff were very uninterested. They did eventually move me after they failed to be able to lock the window (easily accessible from the ground). I was then very glad I had not paid for an upgrade as the difference simply seemed to be a slightly more recent paint job and a kettle with 2 bags f very uninspiring looking tea and coffee. Also, dreadful piped American piano lounge music. Sauna not included in the price.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient to several nice restaurants and to the bus station. Comfortable and Pleasant public spaces. Nice pool area. Good mojito
Cons: Our room was a good size and had the basic amenities without being particularly attractive
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel lobby when you enter is inviting, bright, and modern. You want to hang out there. The bar has great prices. Great. Esp on bottle of wines and the mojitos are delicious The pool looked so inviting but it was too cold while we were there. Breakfast starts early good if you need to check out early. The options are ok. The bus station is so close! Perfect location.
Cons: The rooms, unlike the lobby aren’t has inviting nor chic. Just... well just plain. It was so cold in the room but you can crank up the heat. The staff was not as welcoming. They spoke English well enough to help, but they are all business no smiles. :( almost cold.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Room was very spacious, very clean, really EXCELLENT breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Overally great customer service. Table tennis table was excellent!
Cons: Spa could be open later for a relaxed evening in the jacuzzi (closes at 22:00)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were beautiful. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Very convenient location for the falls and restaurants
Cons: A later check out time would have been nice

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location of this property is ideal as it was set away from the town but was a 5 minute walk so you could enjoy peace and quiet. Loads of restaurants nearby and the pool view is incredible. Staff went out of their way to help us and organise us taxis. Also a great lounge area set away from the lobby if you check out early but need to wait for a flight.
Cons: The decor was rather dated and I didn’t enjoy having a shower curtain in the bathroom (the whole bathroom floor flooded when I took a shower). The beds were also a bit too soft for my liking. Check out time is 10am which is early in this region.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, facilities, breakfast
Cons: Need to be refurbish
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a last minute booking when we got here! Could not have been a better view in the Puerto Iguazu city. You can see Brazil from your room!
Cons: More information about services available/ opening times at the hotel itself would’ve been helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service from Alejandro at reception and the cleaning staff. The pool and Jacuzzi outside offer a beautiful setting to relax in the evening and stargaze at night. Because the hotel isn't completely surrounded by structures and is on a relatively quiet road, it offers a very peaceful and serene setting. We had a great stay here. Wi-Fi and TV were perfect (relatively good download speed and smart TV functionality enabling mobile connection). Cheers, Mike.
Cons: The breakfast food was varied but not of high quality. Food ordered from the bar or the restaurant was quite nice however.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location on the Argentinean side of the Iguazu Falls! The hotel has an amazing value for money and a great view over the river! It is super central to the small Argentinean city, where you can walk only 5-7 minutes to various restaurants. The staff is extremely helpful and they're trying to make your time as comfortable as possible!
Cons: I like everything about this hotel!
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The pool.
Cons: Pretty much everything. It's supposed to be a 4.5/5 star hotel. Michelin rate chef. The food was barely basic. The staff was uncooperative. They failed to tell me that breakfast was included with my room rate. Never ate breakfast the 4 days I was there. My king bed was two singles put together. One higher than the other. Listed as having a tour test and concierge. Neither available. Shuttle to town? Nonexistent. Unless it was for Spanish speaking guests only. The best is I booked a 50 minutes massage and barely got 40. I mentioned it to the masseuse and she pretended she didn't understand. What else? Asked for ice with my warm Coca Cola and they said no. Funny the bottles of beer in a bucket for the other guests got a lot of ice. I believe it was the fact that I'm American and don't speak Spanish that I was ignored. Puerto Iguazu is pretty much a tourist town yet they have no customer service. Never ever going back.

Pros: The hotel resturant was excellent.
Cons: The inside pool wasn't really clean.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: - swimming pool is too shallow and small. -beds were unconfrotable - wi fi was so weak it didnt work most of the time - we stayed in last floor where the noise of elevator engines was very loud and didnt allow to sleep - poor breakfast - extremly slow and inefficient staff

Pros: All the staff were extremely helpful and Timoteo and Gustavo in the restaurant provided excellent service in a very warm and professional manner. Both were good ambassadors for the hotel.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding! Lots of sweet offers, good coffee, yoghurt, ham and cheese, all sort of bread flavours and textures, hot meals, greenery, fruit juices and fruit slices (many of them tropical, as the hotel setting would call for...), and on top of that, some local dishes (reviro, pao de queijo). All of these good eateries built up a fantastic start of each day, to profit from and to gratefully remember. The rest of the hotel met those expectations as well. A very good sleeping room (some of them even with an ecological design concept), a rooftop bar that allowed you into the fantastic view of three countries gathering precisely where two rivers met. The same great sight you can get if you tried to work out at the gym premises. Both, a heated and an open air swimming-pool, sports fields for those with sportive spirit... A plentiful lunch and dinner menu that allowed you to try international and local dishes, mixed up cleverly. It was the first time our trip party (friends and mate) were there, and fortunately we shared an awesome experience together at this hotel.

Cons: Hot water took a little too long to warm up Outdoor pool was cold
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Paying at the hotel instead through the app
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Superb staff and excellent amenities. I had a massage and you also have an excellent view in the Sauna where you can see both Brazil and Paraguay. Breakfast was quite good as well and the gym was very good too.
Cons: My only disappointment with my stay was that the internet in my room was quite bad. Not sure what the issue was but it was slow.

Pros: Our riverfront room had an amazing view! We greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel.
Cons: We had a minor issue with our shower which was quickly and successfully resolved. We have no complaints.

5.5 Okay
Pros: Independent lodge in the jungle and swimming pool
Cons: Bad breakfast, amazingly bad restaurant for dinner, only 1 blanket (freezing cold in the morning in June). Way too expensive for the quality
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Chalets nestled in the forest, clean and comfortable. Air con worked a treat. Nice forest views, comfortable. If being ultra critical some parts looked a little tired but nothing essential. All clean, heaps of space and comfortable. Staff very friendly although very limited English (Spanish speaking nation after all) however a mixture of some English, google translate and hand signals more than covered it. Very accommodating. Booked tours and provided maps. Were horrified at price of Viator tour although probably an English speaking tour to Brazil might have helped (on other hand very cheap $1200 pesos including a fabulous lunch at assistance through the border so worked well). Assured with taxis and directions to bus stop (look for buses with Uruguay on the side, I don’t know why but got me to the Falls at a fraction of a taxi cost). All around a very pleasant stay and would happily stay again. Highly recommended.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room / little house was super spacious and set amongst the trees, along a lovely path (especially pretty at night). The A/C was great, too. It was a special experience, versus staying in just a normal hotel. The staff was very friendly, too.
Cons: Our little home was a bit finicky (the safe was fickle, as was the door), but the staff was always super helpful in trying to resolve things -- which they did. The bathroom could have used some ventilation (fan or window that opened), and it would have been great if the hotel had certain things available for sale (bottled water, snacks, etc.), as there aren't any markets within walking distance, and the lodge is a bit removed from the town. This isn't an issue if you have a car, but otherwise it's a bit inconvenient.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was terrific from Yamila to Christina and Gabriel was a wonderful source of information. The location is great but one must realize that the accommodations are in the midst of a jungle/nature preserve and all that comes along with that. I love that I recognized our cabin accommodations because of the banana tree that was located directly in front of our door entrance. There was always a lizard or insect to be found inside our cabin but the reality is we are staying in the jungle and we are in their territory so it was fine. I loved that the air conditioning worked well and the refrigerator was a good size for provisions as one must stock up on what they may need from bottled water to snacks.
Cons: There was not anything that I did not like. The stay was truly as we expected. If I had to select something, I wish the twin beds could have been larger (I like double beds). The cabin space is large so double beds could be possible but otherwise, it was a fun and comfortable stay.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The cabins were spotless and very the bed was very comfortable. Lots of space and very quiet. Nice pool area, there is work going on to improve the pool area and it looks like it will be beautiful when completed.
Cons: We weren’t made aware we needed to pay for dinner with cash until we were checking out. We didn’t have enough pesos so ended up paying in Brazilian reals which we had kept to pay for our taxi back to the airport.
6.8 Good
Pros: The cabin was very clean, spacious & comfortable.
Cons: Location - far from the town. One should have a car to stay here. Breakfast choice was very limited. Staff hardly spoke English. Strange that they don’t serve with dinner. Not a friendly attitude from staff when we asked if they could clean the swimming pool (it was full of leaves), they didn’t clean it so we couldn’t swim... Given the location, they could have stocked the minibar...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice parc, very helpfull staff.
Cons: Be aware the region is humid. Towels, shirts do not dry easily.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Jungle, banana trees and falling trees are nice, tasty and adventurous.
Cons: It’s a little far from the city, but if you want jungle, it’s perfect.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was great. The surrounds were fantastic. The rooms are seperate cottages in the rainforest. The pool is set in the rainforest. It is very quiet and has beautiful surroundings. The hotel is close enough to town that taxis are not expensive.
Cons: The breakfast was very poor. You cannot eat the food at this hotel. We went to the hotel next door to eat, or you can get a taxi into town to eat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The individual lodge for our room was a great way to experience Iguazu. The room was spacious, updated, and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons: The lobby served breakfast and a light lunch but did not have a restaurant open for supper.

7.0 Good
Pros: This was a fantastic jungle lodge but lacked the service we would expect at the price paid. The staff were very attentive but overall the lodge was under-staffed and the food was slightly overpriced. The wine-list however was fantastic and wines delicious. The room was very large, clean, private and spacious but the wifi did not work, the TV signal was poor and there was a very unpleasant continuous smell from the bathroom drains.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good but not quite as pictured... the location was beautiful and peaceful surrounded by nature.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: nice hotel right in the jungle
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and the room was comfortable. The place is done very nicely, pretty and serene.
Cons: It seems that the windows and doors are old and need attention.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location for town and the national park. Lovely jungle vibe. Great room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice place in the jungle, big comfortable room, nice food in the restaurant
Cons: Personnel sometimes doesn’t pay proper attention to the guests in the restaurant, breakfast could be more variable. In the evening there are mosquitoes
7.5 Good
Pros: Environmentally friendly, nice location in the jungle
Cons: Unsatisfactory food options, overall the hotel could be cleaner
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bedroom was super spacious and since we got a upgrade we even had hot tub on the terrace.
Cons: Shower and wc room are not as beautiful and well kept as the bedroom. Shower/WC needs a little refurb.
5.5 Okay
Pros: This is the best location to stay as far as on the way to and from the city or park if you have a car. It is located in virgen jungle. You have everything you need at the location with a restaurant and very nice walking and pool area. The Saint George is owned by the same people so you get a discount at the Saint George restaurant, Doña María down town.
Cons: Well, our third stay here. I chalked the lack of hot water up to newness the first time. The second time it seemed better but had to let the water run for 30 minutes or more to get hot water to the room. This last trip it was as bad as ever and seemed they switched hot water off to some rooms to get it to our room and that only when someone is there that knows how to do it. And then, we could not get us hot water so they changed our room to one that they could. Very nice until we saw the water had run out of the bottom of the hot tub, flooding the bathroom into the room and out the front door. Then we remembered the year before reporting to them a puddle of water out side the room we now found ourselves in. A year without fixing the problem and just letting clients deal with it. I had defended them in reviews before for the musty smell and thought it acceptable for being in the jungle but this time we realized it was not just the area that had a smell. The pillows were so bad that we had to move them to the next room. I at first thought it my shoes but when I checked them I found they smelled better than the pillows.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cool location in the jungle, nice staff,
Cons: WiFi wasn’t that great, breakfast was always a bit gross when we got there. Rooms smelled of mildew due to humidity

Pros: Location Breakfast and dinner were excellent.
Cons: Maid service has to improve.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location in the jungle, nice staff
Cons: Cleanliness could be improved, bad quality and poor variety of breakfast, bad smell in the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay at the Hotel la Selva de Laurel was perfect. Contrary to the other, more standard hotels in the city, la Selva the Laurel created a place in harmony with the local atmosphere : the houses where you'll sleep are close to the jungle, they serve typical dishes with local and tasteful fishes you'll only eat there !
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting, in the middle of a rain forest.
Cons: Website is wrong when it notes free airport transfers. They do not provide transfers. We wasted a lot of time finding that out. (Hotel phones didn't work). Also a miscommunication with the booking website. Only one of our two rooms was reserved, despite a confirmation email saying otherwise. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate us anyway.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Ideal location. Beautiful design and unique rooms. The staff helped us out with everything we asked for promptly and courteously. 5 species of hummingbirds at the feeders near the dining room! And many more birds seen right from our room. The towel heater and the radiator in the room were awesome on the cold nights while we were there!
Cons: Our room had a musky smell and some corners/glass that needed a bit more cleaning. The room needed some maintenance (a few light bulbs), very squeaky hinges and door knobs, some peeling paint, and a rusted trash can in the bathroom. Also, some of the light fixtures had very white bulbs, which didn't fit the atmosphere. Just a few little things that could have made it 5/5 stars.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful environment. Peaceful. Easy to get to the city by taxi. The staff help you to get the ride. If I come back to Iguazu I would stay here again.
Cons: The climate is humid which of course makes the room a bit humid. Food is not the best, but ok.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The position was on the town's outskirts....in the jungle . It suited us perfectly as we really enjoyed our walk into the town . The tranquility of the jungle setting, which was full of birds was perfect . The pool area was perfect for relaxing , with towels supplied and sunlounges and tables and chairs , surrounded by beautiful gardens . The elevated walkways connecting the well appointed spacious accommodation to the lounge/ restaurant , enhanced the walk through the jungle . The breakfasts were plentiful , and a huge variety to choose from , as well as eggs cooked to order. Wonderful hot shower , and a super comfortable king size bed with a little balcony facing the jungle ...what more could you want . We enjoyed every moment of our stay in this beautifully run hotel , with happy friendly and helpful staff as well .
7.0 Good
Pros: Lovely cabins in the rainforest for a tranquil stay. Pretty board walk to your room and a relaxing and tropical pool area. There was also a really helpful member of the reception team who helped us arrange our tours with ease through their on site taxi man, who was also excellent. Great value happy hour!
Cons: Remember you are in the rainforest so it can be a bit damp and buggy at times! As the property is a distance from town, we are there every night; Food was pretty standard but not overpriced.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Location staff rooms pool everything was good
Cons: Can improve food menu in restaurant. Apart from that no negatives
7.0 Good
Pros: The Hotel was in the middle of the jungle, that was very nice!
Cons: There are no restaurantes on a walking distance.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is very nice - you’re staying in a rainforest, which is amazing.
Cons: They’re just a little too tight-fisted for you to ever feel truly pleased while you’re there. It’s always little things - the exchange rate they use isn’t quite right; they don’t offer you a bottle of water when you arrive, but tell you to buy one from the minibar; the breakfast is super meager, and they give you one egg for two people; things like that. It’s never enough to actually ruin your day, just enough to leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Pros: Big clean room Lovely breakfast
Cons: WiFi Jacuzzi not on (extra charge) Pool not clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very nice and clean and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the dinner restaurant exceeded our expectations. The location is good because it is in-between the park and the town, but there isn't really anywhere that you can walk to for dinner. We also visited the hotel spa which was great and had very good prices.
Cons: The lobby bar that serves food for lunch was just okay. The food wasn't bad and the prices were decent, but it wasn't anything impressive
8.8 Excellent
Pros: localization near a main road leading out of the city, big room, outdoor patio with a swimming pool, free parking
Cons: our card to the room was not working but the staff was not able to manage (despite the reperation we cannot open the room from outside but they didn't propose us to change room)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent restaurant and staff, very affordable spa on site, lovely big rooms. Great value!
Cons: Fabulous place only small issue was location on a busy intersection, long walk or short cab ride to the centre of town.

Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good atmosphere, excellent value
Cons: Ambiance and upkeep

Cons: The view was into a garage, so we had to close the curtains all the time. The whirlpools at the rooftop weren't filled so we couldn't use them. TV was broken.

Pros: It was halfway between falls and town. It was about a 15 min walk straight down the main street or their were buses regularly we didnt use one though. Pool and music was a really good atmosphere.

Pros: Clean, modern, spacious rooms, good breakfast, nice pool
Cons: The pool could do with some sun beds - currently only has plastic tables and chairs. The table tennis table has seen better days...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The luxury hotel room with large bathroom with tub was cozy and comfortable.
Cons: Poor quality and unstable Wifi connection.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool and breakfast. The view over to Brazil.
Cons: Our bungalow was near the road and people drove by at night playing very loud music which woke us all up.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The front office and grounds were nice. The location is good. Easy walking distance to town and tres Fronteras. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: The cottages need a remodel. They are old and not very clean.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Pirayu was perhaps one of the pricier options in Puerto Iguazu, but the amenities were quite good and we enjoyed the pool. We got the bungalows closest to the reception building but the wifi was weak. It was cool to see Brazil across the river and if you walk a bit you'll reach Las Tres Fronteras where Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay meet.
Cons: Weak internet
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to locate. Comfortable and clean. Quiet and good breakfast. Nice staff.
Cons: Not the best cooking facilities. Don’t go expecting to cook too often.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Experience was so bad since the check in until the check out that we don’t have nothing to mention that we liked
Cons: Since the check in staff was not welcoming. We had to change bungalow because the 1st was raining inside. Then the new bungalow was not clean properly, had many things in bad conditions; we also did not had hot water and after mentioning it very early in the morning when we arrived late at night we had to complain again and wait to get fixed. The 2nd day our room was not cleaned. Definitely not worth the price paid per bungalow. As we checked out at 6:30 our friends had to deliver the keys to the security as there was no one at the reception and later we received a very unpleasant email asking for the keys otherwise we would have to pay a cost. Would not recommend this place!

Pros: The hotel was lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The lay out is around a lovely garden and pool
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Very nice bedroom.
Cons: Quite far from downtown.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is awesome. The employees are very friendly and will help you with every problem and question you have. The breakfast is served until 11am and the restaurant is a must for everyone staying at this hotel. They serve the best gourmet food in town and the price-quality ratio is great. We recommend the hotel for everyone who is looking for a cozy and comfortable stay in Iguazú.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room and the bathroom were spacious.
Cons: The matrassess were uncomfortable. The room had only one little window and thus almost no natural light from the outside.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very well organized and friendly staff. This Hotel provides superb support and services while planning your trips to the surronding attratctions or your transfer from/to the hotel. Everything was prefectly scheduled. The property itself feels very cozy due to the bungalow styled rooms. The restaurant is serving fantastic food for dinner. The chef knows exactly what he is doing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Place is unique - not what I was expecting - but in a good way! The set up is like a tropical island resort with rooms scattered around the grounds. Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is served in a way I’d never seen before - loved the presentation. Location is 2 mins walk from bus to the Falls and c 10 mins to town. The restaurant on site OMG - the food is MAGNIFICENT and so reasonably priced. It is 5 star food at a very cheap (by European standards) price. We went on our last night - my only regret about staying here is that I didn’t get a chance to go again.
Cons: Nothing - it ticked every box.
5.0 Okay
Pros: breakfast & staff member who served breakfast. Make at front desk when we arrived.
Cons: Our room had ants everywhere, the facilities were old & the pool wasn’t very inviting. The spa had leaves in it & you couldn’t spa after 7pm. The restaurant was rated on trip advisor but it wasn’t very good food. Very average. WiFi was very bad.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff!
Cons: The room we had was a bit more run down than we expected.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. Nice garden.
Cons: The rooms are very outdated and not very clean, old bed and furniture, there was a lot of dust and there was a smell of damp. No mosquito nets as advertised. The electric mosquito repellent didn't work. Dogs barking all night. Old towels. Went for breakfast and they just gave us a tray with a toast and small portion of fruit, they didn’t tell us that there was a buffet so we missed it, when we made comment on the poor breakfast they just told us that the waiting staff should have told us about the buffet, but no apologise or discount for the breakfast that we had missed, instead they charged us for a bottle of mineral water from the fridge.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and large rooms - perfect for a night stay for Iguazu. Decent breakfast as well.
Cons: Shuttle service to/from Iguazu park and airport would be helpful
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very happy with this choice.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff spoke good English which was surprising in that town. They were also extremely helpful (going out of their way), courteous and efficient. Very conveniently located. Great value for money (or is that just the sinking peso?). Pretty and clean. Its simplicity and rustic nature reflects the spirit of Iguazu town
Cons: Furniture was a tad worn. Shower was blow hot blow cold.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location if you want to access both sides of the falls. Fairly basic accommodation. Very helpful and friendly staff! The pool was perfect for the kids after a long day at the falls. Excellent value for money.
Cons: Breakfast was very basic, but adequate.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff is excellent! They were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and the pool was very clean.
Cons: The facility is badly outdated. The staff was excellent but they are working with a facility that needs a complete renovation. Breakfast was very nice; the location is a very short ride from the town center and readily accessible to the road to the national park. Unfortunately it is also on a street with heavy traffic.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The hotel looks nice (only) from outside Bed is comfortable Not too far from bus station (10-15 minute-walk).
Cons: The room is huge but it has no character and it feels like the hall of a train station, no warm feeling. The room was full of humidity with stains on the walls of the room and bathroom (even worse). When you enter the room you immediately feel the humidity and it is definitely not a healthy environment to sleep. Breakfast was very basic and the fresh products (ham, fruits...) are not even kept in a fridge and just displayed on a table before being consumed. Staff was answering all questions but with no smile and I had the feeling I was bothering them. Far too expensive (over 60’euros per night ) for what you get in return. I would recommend you NOT to stay there. I do not need luxury but a healthy room is the minimum requirement for me even if room is smaller.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Spacious rooms
Cons: Air con leaked, large puddle on tiled floor, maintenance useless, made much worse! Leaking water all round bidet too! Given several bath towels to absorb overnight, saturated by morning. Really dangerous.. real risk of nasty accident on slippy wet floor. No recompense whatsoever!!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, close to the center. The room was big and so was the bathroom and everything was very clean.
Cons: The mattress had a weird smell and the internet was really slow.

6.3 Good
Pros: We liked the location very much. Easy for bus station & local restaurants & bars. The WiFi was really good however near our room (room 11) it kept cutting out. The place seemed clean though & common areas lovely to sit in.
Cons: Totally disappointed that foreigners have to pay the IVA/VAT by hotel policy (we paid cash (it’s cash only!) but have foreign passports. Making this a not as cheap option as we first thought. The bunk bed mattresses were so thin you touched the bed frame when laying on it. Breakfast was terrible & reception staff on check in weren’t brilliant either. The pool was a disgusting green colour & you can’t see the bottom. Not usually. Bit of a let down really.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean, with big rooms, a bunch of bathrooms, nice breakfast, very professional. It was amazing. Also it was close to the Terminal and markets so that would make things easy for your stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good and warm rooms, nice pool for the summer, great location in walking distance of the bus depot and transfer bus from airport Puerto Iguazu directly goes to the hostel.
Cons: Public areas are mainly outside so not for well for cold weather. But if the weather is good, it is absolutely recommended.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Rooms and bathrooms clean. Bed linen fresh.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hostel staff was very nice and helpful, gave us advice and even called a taxi for us. It very easy to access, a shuttle takes you right from the airport to the hostel doors. It is very well located and we enjoyed walking around! I really recommend this hostel!
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location . Close to bus station And really hot water shower Well equipped kitchen
Cons: about price : booking said foreigners can avoid pay 21% tax by using credit card. The problem is they don’t accept credit card. So you have to pay extra 21% anyway The room is a bit old. Especially sleep on the upper bed.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location, the space outside
6.8 Good
Pros: Great location close to the bus terminal. The double bedroom was comfortable and clean. The outside area is nice and the breakfast not very varied but nice.
Cons: Be careful when booking with taxes and charges. It says that the 21% tax can be avoided when paying with a credit or debit card for foreigners. We did not see in the terms and conditions that they do not have card paying facilities. We therefore had to pay an extra 13$ on reservation taxes and another tax for the nights sleep / person. The day we arrived we did the check in with a member of staff who was not really friendly or welcoming, not the best first impression upon arrival.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is a very cute hostel in a super convenient location - only about a block away from the bus stop. The hostel has a pool and hammocks which are definitely a plus. The beds were super comfy.
Cons: Other guests were very loud in the courtyard until 1:00 or 2:00am which made it very hard to sleep because my room was only separated from the courtyard by a glass door. I would have appreciated if quiet hours had been enforced (if they existed).
5.5 Okay
Pros: -
Cons: Staff not very friendly, not enough sockets at the room, wifi only in common spaces functioning, long walk to room from outside, when they close the doors of the room. You cannot pay by card, therefore there is an addition of 25% on your rate!
