Everything was clean and the area was well lit at night. We felt safe.
There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign. Housekeeping came in to clean and took away out toothbrushes and tooth paste. We had to wait until morning to get them back. The next day we asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign. Front Desk made one for us out of paper but it wouldn't stay on the door. He came to the room with tape to secure it. Upon check out we were told that we had not been charged the extra 3% City Tax that we should have, so we paid it at that time. You have to leave a $20 deposit for your room key and the remote control. It was returned to me after our room was certified to be left as we found it and we took back the key and TV remote. I had never run into this before.
