The location.
We booked Hyatt place because of name of it. The price that we paid thinking it was for 5 star facility. We did the booking from booking.com and felt absolutely cheated as we booked a room for 3 people(adults)and when i got the confirmation in my email it showed it was booked for 2 people(adults) when i called the hotel to check, they said that they cannot do anything it wasn’t their mistake and the mistake was done by booking.com, so i have to pay additional charges of Rs.2000 extra.... but yes that price includes breakfast for the third person. When i asked booking.com they just refused to agree to their mistake...when we reached the hotel we again confronted the hotel...another shock is that the staff said it is Hyatt business hotel and not the Hyatt regency...so the standards are not the same...if you know the difference then why do you charge me as a five star rating hotel the buffet breakfast was also not that great but then we were already told don't expect regency standards...so please think twice before u book this place and from.booking.com...

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had some issue during check in but they resolved it pretty quickly. Rooms are specious and clean and all amenities were present. breakfast was Indian style morning munch which i thoroughly enjoyed.
