10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a great location. Easy access to the freeway.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It used to be a Howard Johnsons
Cons: The bathroom shower/tub water was broken. The pillows (two total) were thin and pathetic, and when my wife asked for more, they said no.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean & updated hotel Great breakfast & perfect recommendation for steak house for dinner
Cons: Pool water was very cloudy Not sure why but didn’t look clean
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Well maintained, convenient location, quiet . The complimentary cookies they put out each evening were really good.
Cons: Pool was closed for maintenance when it was over 100 degrees.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean in every aspect from bathrooms, common areas, even the carpet, which seems to be rare. Beds are very comfortable and the white bedcovers show they are invitingly clean. Staff is friendly, able, and responsive. Mercedes on the front desk was unflappable despite many demands and requests from the guests. The kids loved the pool, it was a big hit. There was a small charcoal grill we were able to use, byo kit. Diy waffles always go over with the kids...especially the whipped cream. There were two flavors of batter to choose from. Hard boiled eggs, a batch of oatmeal, sausage, fruit albeit a bit piqued. Overall, highly recommend this clean stop between Oregon and San Fran!
Cons: I didnt love the scrambled eggs with ham at breakfast, but the chicken pineapple sausage was pretty good. The green juice was way too sweet and watery to consume. Coffee was weak for my taste but there is real half and half. Good amount to choose from but it didn’t appeal to me too much. Organic choices would be great but for the price, cannot really complain.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very decent hotel that is conveniently located if you want to visit Lassen Volcanic National Park. Easy check in and check out. We had a suite so it was a good sized room for our family.
Cons: After getting into the pool we saw a sign posted about not swimming if you've had diarrhea in the past 12 days! Yikes! Not a comforting sign to read. Hotel was being renovated which we did not know until we got there, however this did not cause a problem.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location, early and decent breakfast
Cons: A little shabby.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Travelling with a family of 6, we were glad to find an affordable room to fit us all. Breakfast was great.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel, staff, and amenities were fine.
Cons: Our room AC fan was loud so we opened the windows for air. Smokers and loud talkers disturbed our stay (we were next to front entrance). Loud people talking in hallway outside the room at 1:00am.

Cons: They gave me a smaller room at first than what I booked. She even said it was a standard room. I reserved a king executive room. Well they changed my room but then charged me an extra $9.90? 3.8 Mediocre
Pros: A new trainee at the front desk was very kind
Cons: Both my 4 year old daughter and I get really bad bug bites from the room that night. I also went to have breakfast and the hard boiled eggs had water in them. I contacted the manager and she said the bug bites weren’t from the room they must have been mosquito ( which I still have a swollen lump on my neck 4 days later) and that the eggs must have had water on the outside from being frozen. Mine had water pour out when I ate them. Totally did not validate my issues
5.8 Okay

5.5 Okay
Pros: My Friend with me went to the bathroom at night and when he entered the bathroom a big cockroach was staring him down and then ran off under a crack in the wall. After that the whole room gave us the bad feeling. If there's one cockroach there are more. Will never stay there again.
Cons: No Cockroaches
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff and facilities are wonderful, I bet if they had a decent breakfast they would get at least another star
Cons: The breakfast was terrible.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Air conditioning didn’t work. Breakfast was only okay.
7.5 Good
Pros: I liked the location.
Cons: Breakfast was the worst possible I've ever had at any hotel. The eggs tasted like powder. The bread was sticky like it was unfrozen in a microwave. Pastries were terrible. Everything we tried to eat was bad. How can you buy this cheap stuff? No yogurt. Hard boiled eggs were still frozen. Only apple juice no other choices. After this experience we went out to get breakfast. Our room rate should have been reduced.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very Clean and comfortable great location by the freeway and nice staff.
Cons: Just one problem, the first room we were sent into one which was still being cleaned. This was fixed immediately, and we were given a bigger suite.

6.0 Good
Cons: There was no hot water in my room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Love the beds very comfortable, and the appearance of the room when 1st entering was very nice. The over all appearance of the hotel when entering was very nice and welcoming. the night time desk clerk that checked us in was very friendly, however, the morning clerk that check us out did not seem as friendly. Loved that they offered coffee in the lobby throughout the day-and-night on the cold night. For the price that we paid it was very excellent lodging. My daughter and husband enjoyed the pool to swim in and the hot tub to relax in. I would recommend this to my friends.
Cons: Bathroom needs a major upgrade. Looked very dirty with old stains and built up soap scum In the soap holder area. Need to replace bathtub Insert it made too much noise while showering. The headboards behind the bed needed to be dusted more. Noticed a lot of the higher up areas and lower areas weren't dusted very often. The continental breakfast was OK hot food was semi cold, and the bread produces were hard and stale. Had a good variety to choose from, but needed to be stocked/checked on more often. Daughter loved the waffle choice. Noticed the curtains in the room had large stains and should have been changed out with that big of stains on them.

Pros: Pool was nice
Cons: Old property - need to update everything
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We had a great overnight stay at the Travelodge. The location right by the river is excellent and we enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool after traveling. The litle courtyar with the pool was a nice area to hang out and relax. We did not get the breakfast bag in the morning, but instead went for breakfast at the Denny's which is right next door. The room was nice with a view of the river.
Cons: Everything was fine. The parking was a little cramped since we were in the furthest parking lot and there were several other larger trucks parked in the narrow parking slots as well.

Cons: The staff, and everything else but the bed
7.5 Good
Pros: Very clean. Good value.
Cons: It was very noisy at night. Loud and guests yelling back and forth
7.5 Good
Pros: Very good location, with the main wing of the motel recessed away from the street and its noise. Pool is very nice, and price is good for value of motel. Restaurants, gas stations, and a laundromat are nearby.
Cons: I wanted a receipt upon check-out. The desk clerk said it wasn't available.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Gave us a ground floor room which was safer with a young child.
Cons: Pool could use a cleaning and grass needed mowing.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Bed was broken the entire stay. Rooms only got cleaned every 3 days. Rooms weren’t horribly dirty but could definitely use more work.
7.0 Good
Pros: The man at the front desk was very nice.
Cons: Our bathroom was really nasty. It wasn't dirty but it was very ran down & kinda reminded me of something you'd see in a scary movie.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location. It was close to work.
Cons: I was there a week and my room was cleaned once only because I asked several times.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: No fuss checking in. Check out was even quicker.
Cons: The smell, the location, but hey, cheap room!
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff tried to provide a good experience by having us already checked in and keys ready. I walked in the door and walked right out.
Cons: When we got into our first room there was a high pitch sound coming from the roof/wall in the bathroom. It would come and go but it was loud enough that we weren't staying in that room. When the issue was brought up, we were placed in a different room.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Price and location.
Cons: Could have been cleaner in the bathroom. Old and poorly renovated. Uncomfortable mattresses.
6.0 Good
Cons: Our room was 50 feet from Interstate-5. Road noise was loud, but we drowned out most of it with the 1970-style air conditioner. The drive and parking lot needs sone serious repacing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I loved the easy access to the freeway. You're very quick for check-in. I liked your courtesy to fill a disabled person with their requests. I like the fact that you accept pets at a decent rate. I would have loved to use the nice clean pool; I wished I had the time.
Cons: I was not pleased with the electrical plugs access. The light switch to turn on the inside lights did not work. TV didn't offer much.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The pool was nice.
Cons: Facilities were shabby, could use an update. Breakfast underwhelming.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing absolutely nothing
Cons: I walk in the room turn on the air-conditioner and all the rooms smell like feces in urine

Pros: The price. But I left because of location was poor.
Cons: The location was far from road. A lot of undesirable folks about.
6.3 Good
Pros: Quiet, good TV, nice cooling system

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
8.0 Excellent
Pros: room is large. fully equipped. breakfast until 10a.
Cons: some outlets didn't work and not secure
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: This facility was terrible. We booked because we were traveling through. We felt unsafe, the place was dirty. There was a group of men sitting in lawn chairs outside smoking and drinking. The manager was difficult to find during check-in and nowhere to be found during check-out. The curtains were old and dirty. The carpet was horrible. The room was dirty. The toilet in one of the rooms was used and not flushed when we entered. The message light was blinking on our phone, but when we pushed it to try to get it off, it would only re-route it to our room again. There is not one good thing I can say about this place. It was scary and dirty.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: There was bugs in the bed and bathroom
1.0 Poor
Pros: Price
Cons: Our room faced Interstate 5. We asked to be moved to opposite side. Clerk insisted there were no rooms, even though parking lot was practically empty. We were not provided wifi code upon check in. Had to go to front desk, because no one answered phone.
