Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The room's insulation needs to be strengthened. The sounds from the outside and the upstairs are annoying for the whole night.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location next to a mall and restaurants. They are in the process of remodeling, so it looks like it will be a really nice stay when complete. We had a remodeled room and it was very nice.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the outdoor pool in the middle of summer. The staff changed my room at my request, because I didn't like the highway noise outside the first room. The second room was nice and quiet.
Cons: It was just rather expensive for what you get, but I guess that's the area.

Pros: The pool is really nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Got to check in early into a quite so I could take a nap. Room was dark with curtains closed. Staff were eager to please.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Met our needs. Accommodated everyone in our family, we were all there for a wedding.
Cons: Liked everything about the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, good value,
Cons: Issues with key cards not working. Always easy to get fixed, but annoying
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean comfort facility. Quiet hotel to stay.
Cons: The staffs are very warm when we checked in. When I asked for on-site laundry, they warmly introduced the facility to me and help changed coins. When I start washing, found the ONLY dryer can not insert more coins because it is FULL. $3 for wash and $3 for dry that is expensive and understood why it will be full. When I asked for help, staff suggested me to goto a public laundry that will be closed in 30 minutes several miles away in almost mid-night! I can not believe it could be a solution. And just clean the coin holder could be more simpler that staff are not authorized. If the hotel manager is reading the comments, please consider have 2 washing machine and 2 dryers for at least a backup. And since it is so expensive, please clean the coin holder every day. I was curious when I found neighbors hanging cloths on the balcony earlier when I checkin. Did not know why staff did not put a warning on the dryer when customer complained earlier. We may have chose do not wash the cloths that night.

Cons: The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel is that a person was yelling at his wife down stairs.

Very low flow water at the sink, spray only (I know it’s California but well below minimums) 5. Lighting could be better and fresh paint would go a long way. Facility needs a little TLC.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Clean
Cons: Expensive parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view was amazing, and l loved the fire pit. It was a very relaxing and peaceful getaway.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a beautiful setting. We were able to take a evening stroll and it was wonderful.
Cons: We would have liked more restaurant options close to the hotel. My only issue was the bed I slept in was uncomfortable, had a really bad swell in the center. Woke up with a sore back, but other than that I would definitely book here again :)
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Extra special service and amenities for handicapped person. Room is very pretty and bed is a dream. (Love the motorized curtains). Bathroom remodel is excellent. (Note: tub bench cannot be used if person unable to lift legs over side.)
Cons: Housekeeping unsatisfactory. If not awake at 9 am knock, room either not cleaned or just partially so. I kept trying to use different times for the door knob card. Did not seem to help. Once I had to contact the Desk at 3:00 for service. Even the simplest items had to be requested: soap, linens, coffee, water, vacuuming, etc. I and my friends always stay at the Pullman and hope this information helps correct this situation.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The beds were amazinging comfortable.
Cons: For a 4 star no complimentary breakfast was a little shocking plus $35 a day to park seemed a little pricey.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Pretty view of their water feature.
Cons: Staff was very inconsistent. Beds didn’t have a top sheet so called down and requested... Staff told me someone would be right up... Stayed up till 1:30 am waiting and never came! Location isn’t great, so if you’re flying in you
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Comfortable bed. Room was very quiet.
Cons: Was a little miffed to be charged $28 per day to self-park. Had a handicapped room - we guess because of late check-in - so the shower head was way too low. Also water from hot tap was at the scalding level. Too easy to get burned if you're not careful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great.
4.8 Okay
Pros: The front desk staff and director of front desk were super helpful and accommodating
Cons: The cleanliness was alarming for a 4 star hotel. My Sheets had stains. I asked for a new set, came back to my room, they made the bed with the same dirty sheets. I requested new sheets again, I got one sheet to serve as a fitted sheet. Shower floor was filthy. There were ants in my room. SOME of the bar staff is incredibly rude. Thought it was just me having a bad day but 2 other customers sat down and they took 20ish minutes to even acknowledge our presence at a bar that had maybe 7 people at it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: CLEAN BEATIFUL ROOMS, POOL FOR HANDI CAPPED, STAFF REALLY NICE AND SECURITY WAS GREAT .
Cons: PARKING IS 36 DOLLARS A NIGHT THAT WAS A SHOCK ESP BEING HANDI CAPPED. I D LOVE TO STAY MORE BUT THATS REALLY UNFAIR BEING A TRANSPLANT PATIENT AT STANDFORD IT WAS SOMETHING A CUSTOMER SHOULD KNOW TO MAKE A BETTER CHOICE
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was nice and the view was great.
Cons: A 4 star property charging their guests $25 a day for parking when they have a huge garage. Also charging the same for breakfast. A $200 a night room should not charge extra fees for these items. I booked this hotel for my niece and her daughter and paid for it. The checkin lady was not helpful and couldn't answer my questions about the credit card I used to reserve the room. We had to go back that evening to get a different person at front desk..Maja who answered all and was helpful as an employee of a 4star hotel should be.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location - Good Parking - Poor ($$$) Staff - Goood Service - Goood Accommodations - Great Will definitely return
Cons: Pay for Parking; simply include it is the price of the room (leaves a bad taste in one's mouth).

Pros: Front desk clerk was great and very helpful. Room was comfy and clean. Nice bed,
Cons: 1) Couldn't get hot water in the shower in the morning! Never managed more than lukewarm. 2) Room didn't have blackout curtains. Light from streetlights shone in at night, and sun shone in first thing in the morning. 3) Room heater allowed for turning heat on or off, fan on or off, but you couldn't set a specific temperature (like, say, 67F) and leave it running for the night.

Pros: Location and convenience (mall across the street. Whole Foods across the street. Easy access to Stanford Medical Center. Very clean and quiet. Peaceful atmosphere.
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Cons: That the pool wasn’t fixed
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The location is extremely convenient - right next to a Safeway, Whole Foods, several good restaurants and bars, a Caltrain station, and of course it's right on El Camino Real, within a quick drive of the 101. It's about 25 minutes from SFO. As noted by other reviewers, the room did not have any unpleasant smell and even has a filtered water faucet in the bathroom. Its low price and great location make it perfect for the business traveler.
Cons: To be sure, it's not a sexy luxury hotel in any way, but it's not trying to be. It's cheap and clean; that's it. I found the wi-fi shaky, and at times it would cut out and be unavailable for a while. But, if you don't intend to work out of your hotel room for part of the time (like I did), you may not notice.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Newer construction.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: In the best location
Cons: Pool was being ripped out
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Although it was a motel the room was very modern, comfortable, clean, the daily service was really one of the best we met during our trip and the room was very quiet.

Pros: Internet was working fine, good location and close to train and bus stations
Cons: breakfast is not really good
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Picture & name
Cons: There's no value at all, maybe $40 worth. I'll never ever stay again.
7.3 Good
Pros: The staff was very accomodating and warm. The rooms were very clean. The location was very safe and walking distance to shopping, nice downtown and good coffee shops. The breakfast was simple- fruit, coffee, juice, choice of 3 cold cereals, danish and toast. Nothing fancy, but serviceable. This hotel is a great value.
Cons: The hotel served all our needs perfectly.
6.3 Good
Pros: The Inn, although an older building, was clean and well maintained. We switched rooms to be at the rear away from the busy street.
Cons: Noise from the El Camino and the fact that we couldn't get a queen size bed room on the second floor.
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff is great.
Cons: Breakfast could be earler and more healthy.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and close to my business appointmant. It was located near a shopping center for food

Cons: The Room was out dated. The room my mom got at the same place was updated with wood flooring and the showers was very nice. My room was still out dated and the tub was old and the flooring was old it had carpet in the room that was not very nice.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and cost
Cons: Breakfast need to be improved
6.3 Good
Pros: Room size
Cons: No pool or hot tub
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice rooms, clean, great staff. Nice toiletries and hot cocoa/tea along with coffee for the Keurig. Next door to Jack in the Box and across from a gas station and Hispanic Grocery Store with taqueria.
Cons: Parking lot is tight to get in and out of. They are doing some type of remodel and have two huge dumpsters in the already small parking area making it difficult to maneuver. Rooms are not soundproof and lots of ambulances throughout the night... might be a route to a medical facility. Suggest to bring earplugs.
6.8 Good
Pros: Large, clean room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Cons: Really a motel - not much different than many motels in the surrounding area. Small reception area, no facilities to speak of. The location is right off El Camino Real, but not very close to any nice shopping/restaurants.
4.0 Okay
Cons: There could have been more Towels, there was no closet to hang up the clothes. The chemicals they used were to Strong, should use Vinegar & Baking Soda.

Pros: Nice amenities. Very clean and roomy.
Cons: Unable to stay longer. Couldn’t use all the amenities.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean room.

7.5 Good
Pros: The room was a generous size, newly decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Handicapped accessible bathroom would be useful for people who need it. Complimentary breakfast was good, good selection.
Cons: The room was dark because it faced a courtyard wall. There were no grounds, garden or outside sitting space.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The room was not serviced on July 5th. On July 6th when we left we told the front desk to ensure, it gets serviced. It was not again serviced. We had to remove our trash and clean our room. They provided the supplies.

Pros: Basic, clean, comfortable, quiet room, good shower, everything you need.
4.2 Okay
Cons: Booked a non smoking room when I checked in none were available, had to take a smoking one since I had prepaid. Room smelt like an ashtray with burn spots on bed and curtains. People were allowed to drink and smoke in the hallway and parking lot, street party atmosphere, I didn't feel safe and it made the smoke stench even worse!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Close to Stanford. Ok jacuzzi tub. nice room with desk and 2 extra chairs. Good for eating dinner on.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, great breakfast and beautiful rose bushes.
Cons: Weird random multiple, unexplained screaming in the middle of the night and early morning....kind of creepy. Either we had thin walls and loud active neighbors or ghosts...we chose the former.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Free snacks in the lobby, free hot breakfast. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, dvd player, spa in room! Very spacious room also had work area. Close to shops. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Checkout at 12pm would have been ideal although was available for only $10 more. Road noise was a little loud but did not hear much noise from other rooms which was nice. Some channels didn't come in clearly but the dvd player worked great so I was able to watch a movie I purchased.
6.0 Good

4.8 Okay
Pros: Positive: - It is inexpensive and conveniently located (if you're in Redwood City)
Cons: Negatives: - The motel is very dated and somewhat rundown - The rooms smelled like old, dirty wash rags - Although the room looked like it had been updated recently, it was still quite shabby and worn - The walls and doors are as thin as rice paper. You are going to hear every step, belch and fart. Not to mention the other things...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: N/A
Cons: Bathroom must be in the room
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable, staff was great!
Cons: Not having a toilet in our room, the shower went all over the floor, thin walls..... my son and I could hear the guy next door and his friend having sex at 3 am, the train is close by and blows the whistle for loooooong periods of time, it was Friday night and you could hear everyone yelling and singing as they walked by after the bars closed (not the hotels fault)! If you’re looking for a quiet stay, don’t stay on a weekend.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Did not have breakfast at the location - which would have been nice, if only a simple breakfast. The bed was a bid hard but the linens were very acceptable.
Cons: The temperature was fine but could have been cooler.

Pros: This was the MOST AMAZING VACATION fumble I'd ever made... I was mostly impressed with the EXCELLENT PRICE of Bread in China. The lack of integrity available to me due to the passive, ABSOLUTELY HAD ME SURROUNDED BY STARS
6.8 Good
Pros: Owners ! Very happy w safety ! Beautiful garden !
Cons: Surfaces of furniture overall not so clean ! Doors light switches, walls ,mirrors
5.8 Okay
Pros: Price is reasonable and it is conveniently located about a block from my work. I also enjoy that they had a little garden which, although a little misplaced, was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the fact that the laundromat is literally right there.
Cons: When we checked in we were only given one key to our room and when We locked ourselves out (we each thought the other had the room key), they refused to give us a replacement key if we didn’t pay a five dollar fee to replace it. Obviously we were in a position where we could not refuse but I think it was a quite opportunistic to charge us when we should have been given two keys to begin with, one for each of our two people in the room.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Handicap shower
Cons: Lighting on one nightstand was not working
1.0 Poor
Pros: There are two more hotels near it so we decide to leave and move to the other one!
Cons: Do not stay in this hotel! No room service because Presidents Day! The staff was not working due to holiday! The receptionist is rude. And the breakfast is like nothing. Only eight unfresh bread! The room is very old and seems no one lived a long time
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was nice and comfortable liked the fact I could smoke and quiet
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good service left my pullover in the room early in the morning and had no possibility to get back in the room they got up and gave me a new key card
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Not fancy, but most comfortable. Staff is friendly efficient, and flexible.
Cons: Nothing to do with the facility itself, but occasional 1:00am motorcycles can be irritating.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Large rooms, fridge, otherwise very basic.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly once you made a connection with them (talking about a favorite sport) and were very quickly responsive when I had a problem with the TV
Cons: There was no coffee and breakfast is a misnomer for what is less than an afternoon snack at other motels
1.0 Poor
Pros: Big room
Cons: Everything. The toilet was unbolted from the floor. There was a strong smell of mold the entire three days. Bad hotel experience.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The area.
Cons: This place is a Dump. $150 per day? There are bumps all over under the carpet and every step I took to use the bathroom at night the floor squeaks and the exhaust fan sounds like a train passing through, and I could hear every conversation next door. Ugly and expensive!
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: This place is really run down. It looks like people actually live here. More of a drug and alcohol facility. Parking was bad. I didn’t feel safe at all.
Cons: Everything was horrible.
6.0 Good
Pros: It's inexpensive for the area. The INSIDE of our room was fine. Obviously they're trying to remodel the place, one room at a time. Ours was done. It was spacious and clean.
Cons: The OUTSIDE of the place is horrendous and under slow construction. The office and the grounds are gross, the people hanging around are a little bit seedy.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was great to see the updating of the motel .The room was comfortable and very clean .
Cons: Just a comment , I felt the shower was very slippery after soap got in it .I really felt I could fall. a shower mat on the tub floor would probably help .
6.8 Good
Pros: Didn't have time for breakfast do to my baby had to have a medical procedure done at Stanford Children's hospital at 8 a.m and needed to be fasting.
Cons: The fridge inside our room wasn't working and the hair blow dryer as well. The man who was staying there at the motel was being too loud with his truck. He kept accelerating his truck when it really wasn't necessary. I checked in after midnight and he kept going to his truck 3-4 times doing this until 3AM. I believe he is staying there because it looks like he is doing the remodeling of the motel. The motel is under construction. I saw some of the remodeling materials outside under the carport.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It is a 10-minute drive from Stanford's 420 Broadway clinic during morning commute. When the check-in clerk learned that the room we had been assigned was not suitable, she quickly offered another room that was adequate.
Cons: When we arrived, we found we had been assigned a 2nd-story room, but the property has no elevator. My mother is disabled and could not use the stairs. The check-in clerk immediately offered a first-floor room, but the carpet was worn to the floor in spots, the bedspread was mended with electrical tape, and the room smelled badly of old cigarette smoke. No coffee maker. No assistance handholds in the bathroom. Two washcloths & bath towels but only one hand towel. However, it was servicible; the TV, microwave, and plumbing/sewer all worked, so we made do for the single night we needed before an early morning clinic procedure.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Fan was so loud in bathroom . There was not option to reduce fan speed
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: There was hair in the bed. Short ones and long ones... The refrigerator is super loud. Carpet is sticky everywhere. It's grouse.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Terribly dirty, disgusting. The price is $150/night is ludacris.
5.8 Okay

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: This property was so dirty! Carpets were worn and dirty. Walls were visibly dirty! Cords hanging out of the wall. The room was hot! No AC was on. Back window was open with no screen. WiFi didn’t work in the room. TV in the bedroom didn’t work. No mattress pad under sheets. Counter in bathroom was so short it barely hit over my knee. It’s say newly renovated. Don’t believe that. Way over priced! The sad thing is I could go on. I’m begging you! Don’t stay here!
5.0 Okay
Pros: King bed was nice.
Cons: Breakfast was weak. Messy and out of things. Would like healthier options. Updates are needed! Dingy
7.0 Good
Pros: Convenient to Stanford facility.
Cons: No shampoo or second wash cloth in the room. The toilet paper was free range, no dispenser. There was nowhere to put the bar of soap in the shower. Breakfast was pretty boring. Strange noises from upstairs which, at first, seemed to me to be someone trying to get in our door.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was very nice Free wifi
Cons: The building is older and in poor shape, cracks in the walls old bathroom fixtures broken furniture. Not equal with the price!
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Was pleased with room location on ground floor and close to well lit parking lot..felt more secure for that reason. Location convenient to Stanford Hospital. However, housekeeping was a disappointment. Housekeeping came in at some point on the 11th. And only picked up my dirty and wet towels...and did not replace them with clean ones. Therefore I only had a hand towel over night prior to my checkout. Also no hand soap. Didn’t replace packet of coffee I had used that morning...so no coffe in room this a.m Also, even tho housekeeping came in and took dirty towels...they did nothing else. Did not make bed or vacuum where I had spilled talcum powder on carpet.. price was outrageous considering the minimal service.
Cons: Read above...
5.0 Okay
Pros: King room available
Cons: Room had musty odor, shower appeared dirty. Registration staff was abrupt, unfriendly, and unhelpful. There appeared to be individuals “living” at the property hanging out outside their rooms making guests feel uncomfortable and somewhat afraid. Parking lot was small and dark, I was afraid to leave my car parked overnight.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The climate control and air conditioner worked like a charm. Having handicapped parking really close to the room was awesome! Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The shower caused water to make some of the bathroom floor to be slippery and not as safe as it could be.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: They don't have "do not disturb" for handling in the door.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The room was quiet at night, and the temperature of the air conditioner was good. The bathtub was commodious and the water flow was okay.
Cons: The room stank! The carpet felt like it hasn't been cleaned since 1965. There was a dime-sized obvious blood stain on the shower curtain. I had to ASK for a replacement because apparently housekeeping is blind. There was no liner for the ice bucket, which had bugs in it, but that didn't matter because there was nothing in the room to indicate the location of the ice machine and we didn't find it until the third day. We had two bath towels, one hand towel, and one washcloth for two people. We didn't get another hand towel and wash cloth until the fourth day of our stay. No protein at breakfast.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bathroom seems to have a heated floor. Instant hot water in the shower was nice. The bed was comfortable, just the right degree of softness. There was a fruit tree right outside the door with ripe apricot looking fruits on it.
Cons: It had a strong odor like mildew. The key card failed to work twice.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bathroom faucet was broken and maintenance never came to fix it. I reported several times and was advised by a desk attendant at 8:00 pm of our stay that somp credit would be given to us at checkout. The manager s rude and refused to give us any credit. Her name is Fane.
Cons: The faucet should have been fixed. We do not feel we got good service for the huge price!
4.0 Okay
Pros: It was close to the hospital , was having surgery . The staff was rude !! Very unhelpful . The rooms were old , dirty , worn out . I won't be coming here again .
Cons: The staff was rude , unhelpful .
