Pros: .The staff was super polite and the room was clean.
Cons: No information left in room on what was available as far as food from the hotel. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It actually felt like I was sleeping on the box spring. Pros: The bed was amazing and the room was clean and inviting. I didn't get to check out the whole facility because I was late. But staff was helpful and curious. I will be definitely going back.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: This property has been completely updated. I have stayed here on and off for years, since it was first built. It is like brand new, all over again! Very nice. We had been staying at another nearby property that raised its rates quite a bit, but was tired and old and right on the freeway. This Holiday Inn Express is more quiet and also now much nicer than where we had been staying. I am happy to be back. We travel here for work about six times per year.
Cons: There was a little walking noise from the room above. Not sure much can be done about that.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast good
Cons: Road noise bad , air conditioner noisey until I pushed it
9.5 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice new rooms!
Cons: Construction, but that will pass soon.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Surprisingly well prepared and fresh. I had a little of everything from the egg white omelette to the cinnamon rolls and coffee. All very good.
Cons: Sorry--can't come up with anything. We were pretty much in and out.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, good area, close to restaurants and other towns.
Cons: For extended stays, rooms should be cleaned early instead of 4:00PM. on extended stays you do like to come back to your room to relax, if you have children, they need to take a nap, I would expect my room to be cleaned when I return from a busy morning or early afternoon. That would be my biggest complaint.

Cons: I have a Federal ID card but got no discount for it. I changed my stay from 3 night to two several days before but apparently it wasn't in the computer. Cons: Strange location in back of shopping mall. AC in one room had trouble and kept cycling quickly.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Honestly there was not a whole lot to brag about. Everything is old and worn out.
Cons: Pool house was very hot for an indoor pool, paint falling off the ceiling, and the chlorine was almost "gaggable". The bed was "shot", the springs in the mattress were almost ridiculously bad for a "4 Star" hotel. Mold in the shower. and damaged ceilings

7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is OK. It met our needs but it didn't exceed them.
Cons: The tub was really slick. There was no channel guide in the room. Breakfast needs work. Plain eggs are boring. Ham too salty/rubbery to eat! Dinner served only on Mon-Wed. Not happy we missed it. Bathroom needs a pocket door as door blocked sink when open

Cons: Was represented as a suite, the kitchen had no pots or pans, or coffee maker, hideaway bed had paper thin mattress with a sheet. We had to ask for a blanket, the first night I went to the front desk to ask for a blanket, for my son, the person at the counter, was not only rude he stated he had no access to housekeeping to get a blanket. Very Disappointed.

Pros: We stay in Homewood every year to do Christmas shopping. We are always happy there.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly., everything was very clean., good directions and information about was around the Area
Cons: I parked my car on the back parking by a tree so by the morning was full of glue that has fell all over., had to go and my car wash right away that’s the only negative...
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very good.
Cons: The Queen Suite had a sofa bed, the sofa was worn out and the mattress wasn't very good. Overall room was nice. That are could be improved however if you are saying that more than one person or couple could sleep there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: we arrived one hour early prior to check in time, we we able to ge a room anyway, the breakfast buffet was really nice, lage assortment of food to choose from, also I had the best coffee I have ever had !!!!
Cons: The rooms were kind of out dated , but very homey.
7.5 Good
Pros: I loved the location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants and shopping centers, and very safe area. Parking was also readily available and it was close by the hotel. I like that the coffee was available all day to all hotel guests at the lobby.
Cons: The bed was too firm and uncomfortable for me. Also, I found several creepy crawly bugs on the ceiling of our room, right before you enter the bathroom. This really freaked me out, since I hate bugs. Other than that, the hotel seemed clean and organized. I just hope they get rid of the bugs.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The bath tub was not the cleanest. Found hair on sides
Cons: Found hair in bath tub
7.5 Good
Pros: Quite
Cons: AC was loud
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent amenities.
6.8 Good
Pros: The room was clean and appropriate for two people.
Cons: My reservation was for three beds which this hotel doesn’t have. After contacting the Booking.com agent, he repeatedly talked about getting a rollaway bed but this hotel doesn’t have them because there is not enough space in the room for one. I checked out after one night to move to a Courtyard Marriott next door and found rooms with two beds and a sofa bed (which is what I reserved at Homewood thru Booking.com) and the cost was cheaper.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was yummy the pool was nice and the location was convenient
Cons: The ice machine was pretty far away from my room
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location.
Cons: They charged my credit card an extra $50 for incidentals up front, then credited it back. Weird! The electron key/card system took 3 tries to work. They had a double bed bottom sheet on a queen size mattress. Very uncomfortable first night.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was more than adequate , staff was accommodating , family friendly motel, guests were of like mind. Air was pumping out cold air thank you because it was really hot.
Cons: Picture of property is deceiving property is in need of upgrades. Luggage carts need to be replaced. One female employee was less than welcoming to say the least
5.5 Okay
Pros: I look liked that my room was inside away from the screaming kids at the pool
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very attentive and friendly staff. Hats off to hotel employee who was always very pleasant and helpful. Excellent breakfast, lounge, etc.
Cons: No.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything except parking lot after dark. The breakfast was yummy a extra bonus.... A complementry drink along with a nacho in the bar/resterant during Happy Hour. The spa tub in our room could have been slightly larger but all in all loved our stay.
Cons: Parking lot is a little scary after dark.
6.8 Good
Pros: The A/C I’m the room was so nice. Kept all of us cool
Cons: The Tv remote really sucked and didn’t work half the time but we managed to make it work
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, clean rooms, and an exceptionally friendly staff! The pool was a great way to beat the 106 temps during our stay!
7.0 Good
Cons: The bathroom was a bit lackluster for the suite, it makes me realize why there were no pictures included of it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Plenty of free parking, very, very clean, the grounds are nice there is happy hour Monday - Saturday, you get two free beverages per room (beer, wine or soda), no hard alcohol. They had nachos for an appetizer. The one courtyard is beautiful with a huge deck, outdoor seating and room for plenty of people. The only downside was it was to hot to use during the daytime. Of course it was 104-107 degrees. Great breakfast with make your own waffles or pancakes, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pastries, breads, hash browns or potatoes, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, yogurts, juices, coffee, tea, cereals. I recommend eating breakfast there instead of eating out. The pool; ok it’s a pool, it’s good sized, it has wonderful loungers, it’s fenced. The only problem is the amount of kids that took up the whole area on Saturday. Sadly, a large group of people - 15-20 came in through an open back door area and took over. They had food everywhere, beer in bottles - hello - NO GLASS allowed. They were not guests of the hotel, it managed to sneak all these people in. We really wanted to swim that night, but once again, non guests snuck in and took up the whole area. If you are serious about swimming laps, get there at 8am. Sunday morning to about 12:00 was perfect. Monday morning was even better. Location is excellent. A lot to do around there. There are also pet friendly. We have a crate for our dog, so we could leave him while we were out. He didn’t bake, which he doesn’t much anyway. The room, 2 queens, a pocket door that closed off the sink and toilet-bathroom area. I would have preferred to have a sink accessible when someone wasn’t using the rest of the bathroom. The room was standard size. Small table, tv, nightstand. They didn’t have a large selection of rooms when I booked, we were ok with the room, but next time, I will look for a larger room or suite. Sorry, I didn’t take any pics. We would definitely stay here again though.
Cons: Non-guests came in through a door that had been left open, there are several homeless living in the bushes on the south side of the property.
4.3 Okay
Pros: We liked the location and some of the staff was fairly pleasant. The pool wasn’t bad either however the pictures online make it look much bigger than it actually was.
Cons: Some of the front desk staff were unfriendly. The tub didn’t drain so by the time you were nearing the end of your shower the water was above your ankles (gross), the room was carpeted and absolutely disgusting turning our feet black in a matter of a couple walks across the room. The hot tub was down for 2 days... online the hotel/room pics looked like a nice clean place to stay but we were highly disappointed when we walked into our room. We RARELY get to do family getaways due to finances so spending $1200 on a mediocre at best hotel was very maddening and disappointing. When I told the staff at checkout about the tub and floor all they did was knock off $40... we will NOT be staying there again...

4.5 Okay
Cons: They were painting the outside and were well at it when we checked in and continued throughout the afternoon. Started again in the morning at about 9. Quite loud and irritating. The heat in the room was at 75 degrees and we couldn’t get it cooled off at all.

6.0 Good
Pros: This is a great old hotel. The staff is great, they have been here a long time and weeded out the mean workers. This hotel used to attract a lot of riff raff But they really cleaned it up. Mostly families and contractors here now.
Cons: They could sweep the walkways and have a guest laundry would be nice
4.5 Okay
Pros: I liked the breakfast bar. The maid was nice.
Cons: Add FoxNewsChannel to the TV channels! Every other hotel has it, so it’s very disappointing. The manager was rude when I asked about it. Also, the room was freezing when we entered, and still the room smelled stale. I would never stay or recommend this hotel. Best Western is usually much better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What’s not to like
Cons: It was all good

7.5 Good
Cons: We slept in and missed the breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: The pool area was great size and one of the best hotel pools I've encountered, except there were no restroom facilities close so had to walk back to room. Breakfast was good and had plenty of variety each day. Beds were very comfortable.
Cons: No restroom facilities close to pool. Room key card got locked out multiple times, but staff was very helpful getting them reset. Bed sheets weren't tucked in and wrinkled, so it appeared they weren't changed, but they did seem to be clean sets. Bath linens were not fully restocked until a later visit by housekeeping.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The check in process was efficient. Vickie (sp?) was professional and courteous. Overall the facility was quiet and well maintained.
Cons: On the morning of checkout, I didn't appreciate the housekeeping lady standing outside of my door at 11:05 a.m. (Checkout is 11:00 a.m.) My family and I had to navigate around her and her green toter in order to move our bags to the car while she stood there on her phone. We were already on our way out, her standing there attempting to intimidate us to leave was unnecessary and unprofessional. It changed my experience of the hotel and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. In addition, there were too many stray hairs in the bathroom when we arrived.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: The staff were unprofessional and poorly trained. Our room keys were not working properly the first night. We had to move to another room having to ask for one not offered by management. The manager actually said we could go to another hotel.

The key lost its ability to open the door and had to go and have it redone after a day at work.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: They didn't honor our reservation for 2 night then we had to pay way more than the prior booked price the guy at the counter was really rude and then we only got to stay 1 night instead of the 2 we reserved

Pros: very poor and not clean didn't like anything
Cons: cleaner and cleaner carpets and rooms
4.3 Okay
Pros: The outside of the property was pretty nice. But then you went inside the lobby had no air conditioning when it was 100° out and so your walk to your room was miserable
Cons: Again the property when I walked inside the lobby was hot all the way to my room the room was air-conditioned fine but there was an entire refrigerator full of food from the previous guest there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. I guess so the previous guest could smoke without being detected.
4.3 Okay
Pros: King bed was comfortable.
Cons: The room was dirty. Mold on shower curtain liner. Rugs dirty. Window shades were falling off the rod. The room was not well-maintained.
5.8 Okay
Cons: The Whirlpool tub was not as clean as I expected had a ring around the top of tub, not remote for TV had to ask for one , then it didn’t work the volume had to manually turn off TV I thought it would be muncher nicer

5.8 Okay
Pros: The pool, easy access from freeway, nice backyard view.
Cons: Had reserved advertised deluxe queen room with queen size beds, was given full size beds, Ironboard in closet but no iron, missing pillow cases in one of the beds, had to call front desk, ants in bathroom. Breakfast was poorly stocked up, no milk for cereal, no sausages, had to ask front desk for more scrambled eggs, when finally arrived, eggs were undercooked, still running. We arrived to the breakfast room at 8:30am, it was supposed to be open until 9am.

4.0 Okay
Cons: Jacuzzi is always out of order

Cons: Mildew in shower. Door frame had chocolate (I hope) smeared on it. The room was clearly only given a quick tidy & not a full clean up.
