Very comfortable bed
No chair in room, other than desk chair. What seemed like dozens of monitors in bar/restaurant made it hard to relax
The whole interior is very good design. The fitness center is nice and clean.
We can overhear people talk next door and baby cry. Also, when the neighbor used to slam the door at night or maybe let the door close itself too often, that was like a nightmare.
Staff were personable and attentive, easy to speak with and helpful.
Rooms were spacious and beds were incredibly comfortable. Just what we needed after two days of traveling from abroad.
The fridge was tiny and you couldn't fit leftovers inside. The fridge also had old, gross food inside.
Convenient hotel for bus travel
Location is a drag
Everything was seamless from check in to check out. The in hotel restaurant was tasty. The rooms were spotless. I appreciate that our room had a balcony with a great view of Rosemont. Everyone was friendly. I loved the proximity to the Rosemont Entertainment Center and the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. I would absolutely come here again
Paying for parking is irritating and the parking garage is a little bit from the hotel.
Great location, close to airport and CTA blue line. Beautiful interior, great room. I would love to stay here again
Mattress a little too firm
Park & Fly Hotel
Great hotel bar with happy hour and great food. Airport Shuttle service Clean, comfortable rooms.
Parking situation is difficult when arriving and checking in.
Great location, with easy access from your parking garage. Polite and helpful stay. Great breakfast buffet.
Big T.V in our room #302.
Great value for quiet and modern room. Staff was very nice. They let us check-in at noon. Red bar has great food and appetizers.
Construction outside of hotel entrance was an eyesore.
Great value. Very nice design. Convenient location. Polite staff.
Full parking lot. Long walk to the room.
Excellent facilities and extremely nice and helpful staff.
Parking was a nightmare, and if you could find a space it cost $30 per night. They could also use another set of elevators.
