2.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was horrible
Cons: Everything. I didn't feel safe. The building was falling apart. I walk in and demand a refund.
6.8 Good
Cons: The refrigerator was dirty and the housekeeper didn’t change the sheets or bring new towels however the people that worked there were so nice and welcoming. The location is amazing and the trolley picks you right up at the motel. It isn’t the most clean and the beds, headboards, sheets and dressers need to be updated but if you’re just staying there for a couple nights and are really just trying to enjoy the beach and the pier and restaurants it’s a good place to just stay and keep your things. I wish the pool was working but it wasn’t a big deal because like I said you’re five minutes away from the beach you’re also down the street from a waterpark so it’s not a huge deal. Good place for a quick stay

7.0 Good
Pros: Very nice place, wonderful decor and staff
Cons: Very expensive with nothing to do.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient Location Room was clean with a functional layout breakfast was excellent
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Location was perfect and hotel restaurant was great . Our waitress was on top of everything. Valet service was also excellent
Cons: Our room was like a box and the view was looking directly at a very unattractive side of a building. Our bathroom needed a fan or vent, completely fogged up from a short shower.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff!!! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. From check-in, to valet, to the concierge...everyone was super helpful and made you feel at home. Also, the location was EVERYTHING.
Cons: The bed, pillows and furniture were old and weren’t the most comfortable. The TV was also outdated and lacked any streaming systems. May not have been a big deal if it weren’t for COVID-19 making us want to stay in vs. go out!
6.0 Good
Pros: I liked it was convenient to town and a small hotel.
Cons: For the price definitely needs some updating. Light switch to bathroom located in bathroom so wakes everyone up when you go to bathroom at night.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Terrible customer service, keys never worked Locked out of room for three hours No regard for guest safety Would never recommend or go back
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great- the valet attendants were very professional (and the parking was actually cheaper than the city parking garages) and the front desk staff were very helpful. They even had a complimentary car service! You also can't beat the location of the hotel- a minute walk and you're surrounded by beautiful shops and restaurants!
Cons: Our room was near the elevator and the pantry- due to the proximity of those two things, it was pretty loud throughout the night. There was a sign next to the pantry encouraging people to be quiet but I'm not sure that advice was taken. While the wooden floors were beautiful, I don't think they did a lot to muffle noise when people walked to their rooms in the middle of the night.

Cons: Wish we were told there was a notebook explaining some of the services in the desk. I don't go pulling open all the drawers if I don't need them. It would have definitely been helpful to have a map of the area. We went to Dimillo's for dinner and found a map & pamphlets for Portland area, but too late because we were leaving in the morning.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was spacious for a family and quiet. The breakfast was varied and plentiful., and location was perfect for an early flight as well. The staff was extremely wonderful all the way around!!!!
Cons: Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working...we were offered to use the pool at a nearby sister hotel, however, we arrived late and our toddler was beyond excited to swim (the highlight of our hotel stays every 2 weeks for work travel). It would have been nice if we were given a heads up prior to arrival, we would have changed our plans.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was lovely and location was great.
Cons: No.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything is always nice staying here we have been back several times
Cons: The pool was out of order which sucked but other than that the stay was great
6.0 Good
Cons: Carpet was wet and the room smelled terrible. Really loud construction starting at 730am. I will not be back.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location and room size.
Cons: The staff at the bar/restaurant especially male waiter was terrible, was very bothered by children and put out that we ordered close to closing. With the game schedule we had we had no choice . The lobby cleaning staff very irritated by gathering in that area. The staff needs to be more friendly, there are plenty of other hotels in the area, they need to remember that.
6.0 Good

Pros: Nice front desk staff. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioner. Great location. Complimentary coffee. Enjoyable breakfast in restaurant with fresh blueberry preserves. Plenty of complimentary bottled water and comp wi-fi. Hotel shuttle from/to airport
Cons: Most of the room has flooring, but there is carpet around the bed that needs to be vacuumed on a regular schedule. There was a large hairpin on the carpet when I checked in, and it was still there when I checked out four days later. No bathtub!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place and location! The breakfast was amazing. All of the food were local and home grown. I love that concept and practice.
Cons: Nothing!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is super nice and ready to help and recommend whatever you need. They also offer typewriters, which I just loved more than anything. The restaurant is very nice, has a great atmosphere and good service. And the location is just great, you get to see everything downtown has to offer: restaurants, bars, shops and the harbour.
Cons: The housekeeping was fine, just minor things. When I arrived, there were no slippers in the room, which isn't that big of a deal. But the second day, they came into my room very late, at 2pm and forgot to put away some things, like the bedcover. Again, not a big deal, but doesn't seem like they paid much attention to what they were doing that day.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location. The property was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The first room stunk of stale cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking room. The second room we were given was disgusting: toilet was dirty, toilet seat was destroyed and needed to be replaced, entire room needed a thorough cleaning as there were dried bits of food on the floor and a layer of dust in many areas. We overhead the cleaning staff talking about how badly they "needed to poop." The front staff was dressed poorly. Honestly, the entire place should just be gutted and redone. The hotel is also located across the street from a strip club.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The check in was smooth and we had a balcony... Could have had a fridge and microwave at least, but over all was well worth every penny. Thanks Ramada. Oh yeah, has a nice little gym and restaurant....
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Free breakfast
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, value
Cons: We were sent to an end entrance door even though the staff knew there was a problem with key cards not working. A sign was finally put on the door. One of the key cards we were given did not work on our room door either. FRUSTRATING
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed was really comfy.
Cons: Glad I didn't look at the sheets because the bathtub hair long hairs all through it when we got into it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: We didn't get to enjoy the pool. When my husband asked someone how was the pool they kept mentioning there were a lot of kids there like that was he was asking. It made us uncomfortable and not bother going to the pool at all. That was not the hotels fault though. The staff were all very friendly.
7.0 Good
Pros: Free parking. Close 2 highway
Cons: Housekeeping needs to improve. Corridor carpets needed vacuuming. Booked for 3 nights. Room was not made up upon our return in the evening. Was moved to another room and found a dirty towel from the previous guest hanging behind the door.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Found bread and cigarettes behind the curtains. You can hear the works every morning talking very loud.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Disappointing
