Pros: Staff were excellent and very helpful. Location near the Trax was good. Courtesy car very useful. Also provided gluten free products which makes a change in the US - for me it is a medical requirement not a fad and they were helpful with respect to this.

Pros: I love the "personal" feel of this hotel. The grounds are gorgeous and the breakfast daily is absolutely the BEST! This is my 2nd year in a row staying here and I've booked for next year as well. We can't wait to come back!

Pros: This was our second stay. We had been so delighted about our first stay that we returned - and found this stay as great as the first one! I repeat here the best features of the property : Staff welcoming and friendly. Free tea, coffee, cool lemon water, cookies, apples all day and night. Excellent breakfast with wide choice (vegetarian option also) and top quality. Super fast WiFi in room. Location green, leafy, quiet in university campus. Parking free and available. Restaurants not far (by car) and excellent. Take away food can be eaten in breakfast/ cafeteria area. Pleasant atmosphere in cafeteria (families play games or eat together). Room spacious, clean, in good taste and state. Bed mattresses excellent and bedsheets good cotton quality. Pillows numerous in different degrees of softness to choose from. Two hand basins outside bathroom that is clean and well maintained. Laundry facilities open 24/24 (washing machine and dryer). It is 20 min from airport (cost us $15 by Uber) Sunsets over the lake stunning from cafeteria. Will definitely stay there again at all my future visits to Salt Lake City.

Cons: The picnic ware for breakfast. Very environmentally poor. Much better to have proper plates and cutlery. Otherwise everything excellent.

Cons: The only thing I can find as a down side would be the bath tub didn't drain well, like it was stopped up but it wasn't something that would prevent me from staying here, it was livable.

Cons: A little inconvenient due to construction. Difficulty accessing, a warning email would have been nice. Parking was messed up because of the construction and some early morning noice after a late night flight.

Cons: The building is antiquated. The layout reminds me of the Luxor in Vegas. A long walk from the parking lot to the room. Expensive (30% higher) than I would pay to come here again.
