The hotel is a beautiful blend of modern and traditional, moments from the zocalo and near everything.
Perhaps the hotel lacks warmth and it feels a bit impersonal compared to similar establishments.

The location is perfectly central and easy to have tours pick up and drop off to the door.
It’s outdated and quite dark in the rooms. WiFi wasn’t great at all. Noise not only from the street but from other guests in the hotel as the walls seem pretty thin.
