Room cleaning every other day is ok but not what was acceptable pre-pandemic and hotels have been slow to bring back full service. Breakfast was not great but was complimentary The room and location were great and staff very helpful and friendly

Pros (+) I liked everything. Great location right in the middle of the Gaslamp Quarter, friendly and helpful staff, downstairs bar, clean and spacious room, nice decor, free wifi, and the mobile check in via text was a cool feature.
Cons (-) $40 valet is the only parking option offered by the hotel, and although I didn't have a problem with the service, a discount for hotel guests would be nice
