The Wyndham Harbour Lights offers comfortable condo-like dwellings with full kitchens near the San Diego City College. The amenities included with a stay are somewhat limited, but there is a fitness center and a computer station for guest use. The front desk staff can provide concierge services, and a staff member is present 24-hours per day. There are also laundry facilities on site and a safety deposit box at the front desk. The property is completely smoke-free, and there are no pets allowed on site.

Other nearby attractions include the San Diego Convention Center and the Port of San Diego. The USS Midway Museum is about 20 minutes away on foot as is the Seaport Village. The San Diego International Airport is less than a 15-minute drive from the grounds, and there are two metro stations within walking distance of the Wyndham Harbour Lights.
