Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were extremely dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness problems such as dirty rooms, stained or damaged linens, mold, and the presence of pests. Many reviewers felt unsafe due to the hotel's location, the presence of homeless individuals and criminal activity, and a general lack of security. Several guests also mentioned that the hotel did not offer good value for the price, especially considering the poor conditions. Only a few positive remarks were made, such as the availability of free parking and the honesty of some staff, but these were far outweighed by the negative experiences.
