Pros (+) Great bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Fluffy towels. Plenty of room in the actual room itself. Front desk and doormen we very helpful.
Cons (-) The staff were helpful and moved us from 403 to 606 due to noise. However the noise remained... although a little less than 403. The main source of the noise is the hotel lift wells that drone loudly all night long. This couple with the general street noise - cable cars etc makes it almost impossible to get a good night sleep

Pros (+) For a downtown located hotel, the room was surprisingly large. It was clean and well furnished. The noise from street was tolerable. I appreciated the free wifi which worked ok most of the time. Staff was friendly and location is close to everything in SFO.
Cons (-) The price seems to be steep but I guess that's typical of SFO. People affected by street noise may not like it.
