Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Several reviewers also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, noting positive experiences with individuals at the front desk. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, mould, and maintenance issues. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests describing staff as rude or unhelpful, while others found them welcoming. Room size and lack of elevators were also common complaints, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Overall, while the location and some staff members were standout positives, cleanliness and service inconsistencies detracted from the experience for many guests.
