Pros (+) After 2am it got quiet
Cons (-) Broken shower head, bathroom was completely cleaned. Long hairs throughout the bedding, bedding appeared to not have been cleaned

Pros (+) The hotel was in a good location and the room was clean, comfortable bed.
Cons (-) I don't appreciate when I'm being lied to. I called the hotel before booking it and we were also assurred at check-in that parking is complementary for guests. When we were checking out, we were charged $20 per night. No hotel should be misleading its guests and lying to them! I will not be staying here again!

Pros (+) The rooms were absolutely beatiful and very clean. The staff was kind and helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. The hotel ist self was just beautiful and very well located.
Cons (-) There was only one elevator for five floors or guest's, which was not very conducive to getting anywhere fast.

Pros (+) Clean and modern amenities, great location. Complimentary cookies and coffee are always a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Parking garage was a continual problem. Room keys did not function as intended to get in/out of garage gate, even after getting 3 different sets of room keys. Also, not enough parking spaces.

Pros (+) They had a room at an excellent price. We were stranded by Frontier Air with no options and had to extend our stay in So Cal. Quickly went to web and found this. I had stayed here before for work and found it a good value.

Pros (+) Good location, very nicely decorated. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Rooms had everything needed. Nice beds.

Pros (+) The staff was always warm and welcoming. Cookies were delicious, hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms were ridiculously clean. Pool was nice!
Cons (-) $18/night for parking! Just know this ahead of time so you aren't surprised like I was haha :) Also, no fans in the restroom which is weird but we managed.
