Pros (+) Fantastic location right across from the boardwalk.
Cons (-) No coffee before 8:00 a.m....no trashcans in parking lot...no housekeeping came in the two days we we're there....facility is run down.

Cons (-) The neighbors were partying all night and we tried to call the front desk but our phone did not work. We then called the front desk from cell phones and no one was available. Incredibly restless night. We spoke with them and they quieted down but certainly no staff available and functionality in room limited.
