We got to the Santa Fe airport at 5:25 pm local time. When we called about picking up our car, we were told the office had closed at 5 pm and we could not get the car. So we had to rent a car from someone else.Cons:
How about staying open during reasonable business hours? Closing at 5 pm for an airport rental car service? Are you serious?
