Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and generally found the breakfast to be satisfactory, though some desired more variety or accommodations for dietary needs. Service received mixed feedback, with several guests complimenting the staff's attentiveness while others noted issues with room service and organization. Cleanliness was mentioned positively in some reviews, but concerns about old or stained linens and room maintenance were also raised. Bed comfort was a recurring issue, with multiple guests reporting uncomfortable or old mattresses. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and a pleasant atmosphere for many, improvements in room quality, amenities, and attention to guest needs would enhance the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
