I returned a car at 10am before 11. they wrote in the system that it was 7pm. Charged me for late return. Which is not true. PLUS, they told me that I did not return 2 floor mats. OMG, what a company, never again! I have proofs of video recording on the day of pickup that mops were not installed. Really never again, and don't recommend to rent with them!Reviewed 19 Aug. 2023

Pros:Overall the experience with sixt was nice - the car was totally new and comfortable. Although I received a premium-class car, I reserved SUV, but not sedan that I have received. That was unfortunate and rather unexpected, given the size of luggage and the quality of countryside road I was going to.Cons:I would prefer a faster reaction - if sixt can't guarantee even the car class, then I would prefer an immediate cancellation. When I hear that my car is not available at the counter - that's already late for last minute changes.Reviewed 25 May 2020

Cons:I called to Sixt before coming to office and they proved that the car is ready. When I came to the Sixt office Berlin Tempelhof they didn’t give me the car. Moreover they told me that my account is blocked in their system but it is impossible. I had to wait then sent email to their security system and got this response: “ Dear Mr. Povetkin, In reference to your request, please notice that we decided to do not fulfill the reservation mentioned above and so please accept this decision and refrain from further requests regarding this matter”. This is insane and I had to find rapidly another service, that was Europecar and they gave me a car in 5 minutes. Please consider this for further bookings. BR, DmitriyReviewed 20 Feb. 2020
