The office was closed even though i had a confirmation they will wait for me. it was a storm day and i had to walk with all my luggage for 30 blocks and finally took a taxi to Bilbao for 200 EUR, nobody even replied to me neither on the phone or email.Reviewed 13 Dec. 2021

Kayak misleadPros:Kayak showed an image of the van I was renting, which was a 9 passenger van. However, upon arrival all Sixt had to offer was a small van that could not accommodate six people. We had to spend twice the money and rent another car so we could all fit. We had to pay twice the gas and tolls.Reviewed 11 Jul. 2016
