Cons (-) The continental breakfast left much to be desired but free is free.
Cons (-) The night manager criticized the day manager unnecessarily even though he was able to fix the issue. No customer should need to be informed of personal discontent over the prior managers mistake. Simply apologize on behalf of the company, fix the issue and move on.
