Pros (+) Wonderful almost private beach. Great view. Enjoyed the fact that it is smaller. They have assorted beach toys that can be borrowed.

Pros (+) This is an older, ocean side hotel a bit south of the main strip. Excellent staff and location, but definitely not posh. It's an older hotel that does show its age. The "breakfast" consists of bread, bagels, fruit, orange juice, cereal, 'waffles', a true continental breakfast. You pay for the ocean access (not view).

Pros (+) Being so close to the beach. It is a perfect spot for a less crowded beach spot.There are lots of good restaurants nearby that have great seafood choices. The staff is attentive to your needs. Love the bar sink and refrigerator with freezor in room.
Cons (-) That my visit was not long enough! Breakfast area is small but we could eat outside one morning. Air conditioning hard to keep constant.

Pros (+) Location away from st Augustine crowds. Private beach. Nice small pool. Less than 30 rooms. Friendly staff. Pet friendly. Close to some great restaurants
Cons (-) Common areas dirty. Door frames walls. Hotel overal clean but too many missed areas. Outdoor shower didn't work.
