Car hire at Stockholm Arlanda Airport

Pros: Rental specified a car from their "special" class and paying for, and i ended up with their cheapest car class despite the 100 buck difference between their cheapest A class and "Special". On-site the staff told me that their special division entailed a class A car, which is very misleading! So despite being a long term Gold Reward member i was not even given the courtesy to speak to their manager to sort this one out. Going back to Avis

Wrong car and unfriendly staff

Cons: Payed extra to get a convertible and then got "upgraded" to a dull station wagon which was not at all what I had payed extra for. Will just go for the cheapest car next time. Waited 45 mins at the counter because the staff was so busy. They don't seem to have workforce planning. On top of that the staff was unfriendly. Will avoid that company in future.

Pros: El alquiler especificó un coche de su clase "especial" y el pago, y terminé con su clase más barata del coche a pesar de la diferencia del 100 buck entre su clase A más barata y "especial". El personal del hotel me dijo que su división especial implicaba un coche de clase A, ¡que es muy engañoso! Coche equivocado y personal antipático

Cons: Pagamos extra para conseguir un convertible y luego me pasaron a una vagoneta aburrida que no era en absoluto lo que había pagado extra. La próxima vez, la próxima vez, lo conseguiremos. Esperó 45 minutos en el mostrador porque el personal estaba muy ocupado. No parecen tener planificación laboral. Además, el personal era antipático. Evitarán esa empresa en el futuro.
