Great pickup and return experience. Everything clean, fast and with no hidden details. The cars are new and perfectly maintained. The staff is super polite, well spoken and ready to help. Because of automatic hand-off, it is important to take pictures of the whole car and hold onto them for a longer period.

On the pick up it was a more mark that the front windscreen had a small mark from a stone. I could t find it my self. We drove away but when we dropped off the car they blamed me to cause it.. I informed them where the mark which is in the report. They are saying then one which is mentioned on the report you can not see.. What kind of theft is this?

There was an issue with receiving the car. It was a Sunday in Stockholm, Sweden and no one was around except one guy. We were standing there for long time without any help as the guy who was there didn’t know how to speak English and didn’t have any experience. We also called the number that was on the self-service machine a few times no one picked up until like 45 minutes after trying.

The staff was very very helpful! I hated that the main reason I decided to get a rental car in the first place was because I am traveling alone with multiple bags and didn’t want to struggle loading / unloading with transit. Ended up having to do that anyways because the rental pickup requires a shuttle from the airport. Also, it was extremely confusing to find and I spent about an hour looking where to go. Would prefer if you could call them and they pickup their customers in a van or something from the airport. Other than that, the customer service was AMAZING! Great car, very helpful, respectful and 100% recommend them. Just set your expectations on the airport to pickup location before arriving..
