Pros: Everything was perfect !!! (except 2nd night's dinner ) room, restaurant, hot springs. We enjoyed a lot.One of staff, Hoshiyama, she was professional and very helpful, my husband and I want to say to her "thanks" I will go again in the future.
Cons: Staying 2 nights, the first day dinner was fantastic and delicious, but second day's dinner was too bad just like eating breakfast. It couldn't compare to the first dinner; we were disappointed. We should have reserve one night or choose other meal plan. Anyway, there's breakfast was very good.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Personal and open air onsen were exceptional. Staff took extra steps to help clients and ensure that they had a great time and to accommodate their needs and wants.

Cons: Not foreigner friendly. The 24/7 staffed front desk was never staffed. Reservations are required for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner which we were never told. They wouldn't accomodate us so forced to walk in the rain to either 7-Eleven or the 1 restaurant in walking distance. The beds are hard as rocks. Pros: Very close to a public beach.

If we knew, we would have booked a 4 person room. The pricing at the hotel is very deceptive.

Pros: Guests get to use the onsen in the main hotel. Comfortable for 5pax in each apartment. Have a nice dining area.
Cons: No elevator to the rooms on the upper floor. No cup in the apartment. Toilet is really small.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location and close proximity to the beach.
Cons: We did not appreciate the 4pm check in. We could not understand why we had to pay for bath towels. As this is an Onsen Resort, we were quite taken back that you had to pay for Yukata.
