When I picked up the car in Sydney at 12:00 PM, the agent was warm, welcoming, efficient, and knowledgeable. She asked what my plans were in Sydney and gave local suggestions as she processed my paperwork. What a wonderful way to introduce me to the beautiful Cape Breton.Cons:

Website gave me a car but when we got to the place they said they have no cars? This has happened twice in our vacation and has runed most of our vacation. Stuck on PEI Island for 3 days with out a car when we had a confirmation number and all... apparently it doesn't mean anything10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The enterprise rep was very helpful, he made adjustments to our booking and looked for different options for us. The car we got was awesome and almost brand new. And we didn't have to worry about finding a gas station before dropping it off because we knew the gas price they chsrged per litre was you going to be reasonable. Overall, really happy.5.2 Fair

Cons:
As usual car rentals do not go smoothly. After their computer said that I could drop the car off at the Canandaigua store, when I picked up the car I was told it had to be returned to an airport location. That meant going to Rochester which required my daughter to go along. She then quoted me a price which did not match the computer's total, even with the change in the return location. Fortunately for me she did change that portion of the rental.Avis
