Poor Communication and LiedCons:Lied that it was a 4 wheel drive, lied that it was weatherize, gave us a cord to plug it in and then there was no plug installed on the car. Argued with me on the phone about it and eventually tried to blame me that I booked the wrong thing but I had my reservation to show otherwise.Reviewed 10 Nov. 2018

Overall a fair experience.Pros:The process of picking it up and dropping off. The price / value. Simplicity.Cons:The cars condition (a lot of dents and scratches). And the interieur had the most unpleasant smell I’ve ever experienced.Reviewed 25 Sep. 2017
