Pros:Nothing. Never got our car...Cons:Phone was off the hook and rang busy all day when trying to inform rental counter that our flight was severely delayed. Arrived to find nobody at rental counter. Called after hours person and they would not come in to give us our car. Only after 10 mins did the agent call back because she felt bad and said that she would come in to get us a car. However the airport would be close by the time she came in. Addressed these issues on the return trip at the rental counter and they denied saying their phone was busy and made nothing but excuses...Reviewed 1 Jan. 2021

Speedy pickup/dropoffPros:Car was available in the class I previously chose - no waiting. Big plus.Cons:Car had quite a few scrapes & alot of rock chips - as long as I'm not charged, I don't care, but there were alot. I had never driven a push-button start vehicle - it should have been obvious, but without instruction, the car pic of the parking brake and the start/stop button made me think I had to make sure the parking brake wasn't on and I was in Park and then press Start. I had to acknowledge my ignorance and ask someone, in order to learn you had to press and hold the brake while you press the start/stop button; otherwise nothing. It would be great if agents asked about familiarity with this option, to avoid delay/embarrassment.Reviewed 26 Jun. 2018

OK Car, Cheaper than Grand JunctionPros:Convenient location at the airport. Car pickup was within very short walking distance. Easy pickup and drop off. Although Thrifty website says that they are located off of the airport, their desk is in the airport and cars are right there. My GPS programmed for their office took me to a nonexistent place. But just go to the airport.Cons:The car had several small dings on the doors and the front passenger and back seats were rather stained in spots.
