Pillows and bed linen/duvet were nice and soft, staff hard working
Resturant prices too high
Big solid hotel so was fine during the earthquake and typhoon Hagibis.
Staff not interested in any greviances. First time ever I’ve been to an expensive hotel and told that my husband and I will be in single beds! Rooms are very dated. Very expensive and not worth the money.
Spacious rooms. Clean. Impressive views. Lots of restaurants.
Few late bars. Expensive restaurants. Poor gym facility - Had to pay 5,000 Yen to use the pool.
The garden - trees, waterfall, lake, bridge. Food in the garden restaurant . Bread in bakery
Handled typhoon brilliantly
