The girl at the reception was kind and helped us calling a taxi.
The hotel was ok for one/two nights for people who don't expect much.
Cosy and quite area, and easy to find halal food nearby the area. Wifi very fast and good receivable. Feel the tradition space concept in the modern living style
Doesn't have chair for me as I've told that I'm old man with knee and backpain problem and need to borrow one chair but was not entertained. Sub station have to walk about 400 to 700 meter.
Rumi-san the receptionist was very hospitable.
The room was acceptable for what it was.
Only time staff was available was on check in and check out. Walls in bathroom were dirty (actually had nose pickings on wall by toilet) I asked three times for staff to clean and was never done by time we left 3 days later. WiFi didn't work (I use it for keeping up work) Staff were unable to call for cab but were not available to tell me so leaving my family sitting outside by road to wait. Ended up going to another hotel nearby and asking them to call cab.
I had a great stay, the tatami was very comfy, I had very good sleep quality.
The bathroom was a bit too small.
