Great little get away
Loved the friendly staff , location and restaurant
We had one bed that was real uncomfortable
Comfort and professional
Staff was great, rooms were really nice. Would love to stay again !
Being bothered repeatedly for a 40$ valet fee when I came in on go train.
The staff was very helpful. The room was nice. I have no complaints. Will stay there again.
Beds were very comfortable.
Carpets were a little dirty
Great location Easy check in
Dated rooms Not sound proof - could hear everything in hallways and on road (I.e. Sirens) No fridge in room Bathroom was very old - needs to be updated badly
very clear, affordable, and walking distance from downtown
Why would Hilton not offer free WiFi these days for international travelers?
Nice hotel in a convenient location
Close to everything downtown, one block from subway, clean, modern, friendly helpful staff.
A little expensive but that may just be the prices in Toronto.
I enjoyed the friendly and professional staff.
If you drive into town with a larger vehicle, you will not be able to park onsite. Parking in other locations becomes costly.
Nothing, I didnt stay there. They gave my room to someone else.
Hilton booked me in an oversold hotel. After traveling 11 hours I showed up and they said i had no room! I paid for 2 nights in advance and it was PAID for. How could Hilton do this? I am a HiltonHonors member, being a member doesn't mean much to them, where is the loyalty? They gave my paid for room to someone else and told me to go find another hotel. UNBELIEVABLE!!
Unfortunately due to a late flight, I got in at almost 3:00 AM. They put me on the 26th floor. They didn't tell me there would construction starting on the 26th floor at 8:00 AM. It was terrible. The hotel was not sold out either... It was loud and very difficult to try and get that extra 30 minutes of sleep I needed...
Location to my business
The room facilities were below average. No Fridge. Not able to open window for fresh air.
Great stay, nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna. rooms were big and comfortable.
quality of the rooms, old bathrooms, no minibar
Facilities were excellent and the staff helpful
Very well situated in downtown core. Easy access to theatre distict - easy walking distance to several theatres - and a short walk to Rogers Centre. The purpose of our stay was to see a play and also went to a CFL game. Great
Very nice hotel, and convinent to everything.
Clean room, Romantic, Good Service, Great facilities, I would recommend it to anybody.
Fantastic view, very comfortable bed, fabulous shower. Furnishings, bedding, and linens were all top-notch in room. Based on the negatives, I would recommend this hotel if it could be booked at an excellent price, I would have been disappointed if I'd paid the "regular" full price.
Dirty glasses in the bathroom, desk & bell staff were distracted in person (and abrupt over the phone) but other staffers were friendlier and helpful. Outrageously expensive breakfast choices - basic bacon & eggs over $38 (seriously) with the in-room fee and automatic gratuity. Even a bowl of cereal and a glass of juice would be more than $20. Needless to say, I did NOT order breakfast from the Hilton, but there are many many great brunch places within a 20 minute walk thanks to its central location.
view of the city
the room space and size were very good...
