Gorgeous property! Picture perfect views everywhere. Excellent amenities. Five star restaurants and menus! Calming and secluded paradise like location. Only wish the beach wasn't so rocky. Had great times at the pool, beachside activities, paddle board and kayaking!
The hotel was horrible, 1st night we didn’t have hot/lukewarm water we called the front they told us to let the water run a little longer we told them we had it running for about 30min already and that why we’re calling. They sent maintence and he got the same results, he doesn’t say anything and just leaves . So we landed up having to call the front desk again because we had no idea what was going on. When we called the front they kept hanging up on us when we asked what was going on, finally we got to talk to someone at the desk and they told us the maintenance is coming to our room to see what the problem was. We told them that maintence had been to our room and just turned the water on and walked out. At that point they sent another maintence and he came and did the same thing and just put the water thermometer to check the temperature, as he was about to walk out like the first in maintence we stopped him and tried to get him to tell as what the issue was . All he kept saying was his gotta check. At this point we had 10 min to get to our dinner reservations. We called the front one more time and asked to speak with a manager she told us they had to fix it outside our room, we told her we had to dinner and can’t wait for them to figure it out. So we landed up taking quick cold showers and while getting ready the maintence and manger show up in our room trying to fix the problem. while we were trying to get ready. So unprofessional and every embarrassing for me and my husband. We were told rooms service was 24/7, my wife called at 8:30 to order some food since our son fell asleep and we couldn’t make dinner this day . She was told room service is closed and they had chips. The restaurant were not Hilton standard nor was the buffet. Our last night our toilet would flush and we called the front desk and they told us maintence would be there in 10 min. We waited and waited maintence never showed up . We called a couple of time again and the line kept coming up busy. We went to sleep because we had a early flight in the morning and had to check out by 6. We called in the morning to tell them that no one came to our room to fix our issue at night. They kept say 5 min we called over and over telling them we need it fix because we have to leave . Finally 10 min before we had to walk out our room to meet our transportation the maintence shows up to fix the issue. This was the worst hilton experience me and my family have had. We our royal hilton diamond members, but will never try this resort again. Not worst the money. We would not recommend this hotel.
