Avoid Sixt at all costs. They will find some hidden miniscule cosmetic damage in a place no one ever looks, and then charge you some exorbitant amount of $$$ for said "damage" (everything starts at four figures with these idiots). This is the worst car rental rip-off business I have not had a pleasure renting from. Will NOT use EVER again.

They did not have a contract with Mr. Theyvsaid it will be emailed to you, but was not emailed. Upon car delivery, they did not show me the detail of the past scratches and dis not get my signature. Upon asking, they've aid its ok. When I returned the car after 12 hours, they are claiming several damages in all sides of the car. They realizwd that I am flying out of country and try to make money out of my pocket through fake damages

Car in very good condition, very clean, and added safety options for lane and adaptive speed control. The return of car went fine, but on arrival during normal business hours there was no one in the garage area to immediately process the car.

The boy at the counter in Vienna was nice but the car was old and weak. The drop off was weird as we didn’t get any papers to sign or inspection of the car. The did not release deposit immediately despite is having returned the vehicle flawless.

Great value - friendly staff, super easy check in process. Personal shuttle met us at VIE. We needed to drop the car off prior to scheduled office hours and took an Uber to VIE - 14 Euro. Considering the auto rental center at the airport is a much longer walk and the price difference - it was well worth it. Brand new vehicle assigned to us.

Mandated that I accept the collision damage insurance when my premium credit card offers that insurance. I’m addition, I had the declaration form. This was not specified by Kayak or the rental company when booking the car. Third party liability was approved.

Hello, I'm extremely unhappy with the car rental I paid for online. When I arrived at the chosen time and location, the company didn't exist. It was a scam. I was told to go in Morgan City, 60 miles away. I had no way to get there. I then called the company, which confirmed that I couldn't pick up the car in Houma because it no longer operates there, and they told me I just had to cancel the reservation. However, by canceling my reservation at the last minute, I won't receive a full refund. I am therefore requesting a full refund of the amount initially paid for this car rental, which was not possible, as well as compensation because I was forced to find another car rental agency, which cost me more than I had planned. I also had to pay taxi fares to get to the meeting point and to go to this other agency. I am very disappointed with this bad experience.
