The drop off was super easy, and our check-in fella was courteous and helpful with directions.Cons:
Telling us the car had a quarter tank when it had barely an 1/8 when we got underway was annoying. Shouldn't all cars be rented full and returned full? That expectation just makes it easier to be accurate on both ends. We left it with a third of a tank, alas.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
After having had a problem picking up our car at the airport, we had to go visit the city the next day. The facility we were sent to is closed on weekends so I spent a total of three hours with various Enterprise offices in QC as well as the main office trying to figure out a way to get a car. At the end of the day we were given a replacement car however it was a long and painful process that cost over $100 in taxi and uber costs trying to get from place to place.2.0 Poor

Pros:
At first I thought taking a large pickup vehicle would be abit excessive for two. However, with a full tank of fuel already provided and plenty of legroom inside the car it made the 8hr journey to our destination totally worth it. The car also had a great stereo system!Cons:

The car was clean and roomy.Cons:
The car I reserved and expected to drive was apparently unavailable and a Kia Soul was the replacement. Your agent assured me that it was an upgrade but I found that it lacked power especially when passing and climbing hills. Rear window visibility could have been better. The radio tone was muddy.8.0 Very good
