Nice setting into a very quiet compound. Very welcoming staff, room able to satisfy any request for comfort, with business need in mind (plenty of plugging places!). Immaculate room, ample bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Wi-fi. Not up to the standard, no way to connect, and that were not my devices. furthermore being in a "valley" could not use phone hotspot, as phone signal very weak. As bathroom window of my room was "on the main street" a double courtain would have been (expecially at night time) better suited...suggestion to install it asap.

Apartment was very clean and comfy, Staff was professional and good. Breakfast was excelent.

Wi-fi could be improved, but it's not crucial.

Nice room, it is an apartment. Clean and well furnished, silent and warm.

Bad restaurant, very expensive for an "all you can eat" formula that has no sense for a price so high. And food choice is not big. I think that because it is a bit isolated they take advantage of it increasing prices. Few people in the restaurant staff speak english.

Breakfast included was good and so we enjoyed the varieties our breakfast at outdoor. Location is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by farmland if you enjoy nature.

There is no English information in the room so we had to call the operator whenever there was a question. Internet was not at all good from our building (Anna Johannahaus) and needless to say it was frustration. The 2 rooms assigned to us were a bit of a hike from the reception area and so beware if you are physically unfit you must request room closer to the reception area where the restaurant is. Also, there is no elevator to carry you nor your luggages. One more thing is about their housekeeping hour: we left our room at 1:00p.m. and had the make up room sign on but when we got back at midnight the room was not cleaned up. Next day I talked to the receptionist she said there is no housekeeping after 1:00p.m. I thought that is inconsistent service and if so, they should have inform us at check in or info in the room. We had to borrow clean towels from the 2nd room where my son was staying by himself.

The ladies on the front desk were very nice and they had info readily available regarding nearby restaurants and activities. The internet didn't work at first but they promptly solved the problem. The look of the outside of the building is really appealing (but the inside is sterile and a bit creepy, not at all what you would expect). There is free parking available, the room is modern and the breakfast is ok.

THERE IS NO AIRCON!! And there were at least 20 sizable spiders outside my window, plus the smaller ones and the insufferable flies and mosquitoes so with no insect net on the windows it was impossible to keep them open. The room itself was stifling hot during out whole stay, the corridors were unbearable and even the elevator was uncomfortably heated. We wanted to stay longer because the area is nice but after the first night we packed our bags and went away to a hotel that provided air conditioning. Back to the bugs, since my wife is really uncomfortable around spiders we specifically asked for the room to be checked for them but when we arrived we found EIGHT just on a first look. Inside the room. The ridiculous amount at the window can be semi-understood since it is technically outside but there is no need to keep so many spiders inside a hotel room at any given time, but it was specially absurd since getting rid of them was our only request. All in all we didn't enjoy our stay and we would not recommend this place on hotter weather or if you mind bugs.
