Pros (+) The upstairs-downstairs layout, small number of rooms (fewer people around) and nice, polite service. Small touches like the in-room playstation and energy saving features were a nice touch.
Cons (-) Pool was not operational. The kiddo was disappointed, but we found a nearby community pool.
