Terrible. Cancelled my reservation. Lied about calling my number. Did not help me find another vehicle. Will never book with Hertz again

The Hertz company has a very poor standards (don’t want to use worst words). They only kept my reservation for two hours, unfortunately they didn’t specify it at the time of booking, and don’t respect flight delays. Also “extremely” poor service.

The Staff at Pick-Up and Drop-off were professional and very nice.

Cons:

The car was dirty, low on oil and wind shield fluid when we picked it up.

Pros:

I had the worst possible experience. Hertz, Priceline, and Kayak allowed me to book a car for pickup at noon. I arrived at the Hertz location and was told it closed at noon, so they would not give me my car. I received no communication of this. What a horrible experience.

Cons:

Not being given the option to pick up a car at noon, if the office is not open at noon.
