10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern but still comfy, nice rooms, great staff. Great location right near downtown Burbank and a short drive to Hollywood. I would definitely stay again and have already recommend it to friends. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
7.7 Good
Cons: I didn't like being surprised by parking fees. That should have been disclosed earlier and included in the room charge.
5.4 Okay
Pros: New, modern hotel with nice rooms. Okay breakfast - better than Holiday Inn as one would expect.
Cons: Incredibly bad sound insulation through the floors. We complained several times about neighbors who had very loud children left unattended into the late hours and the staff did nothing about it. They also did not provide any concessions or apologies. They could also not figure out providing free parking as part of our rate right up until we checked out and had to get it adjusted. We got locked out of our room and it took a very long time for them to send an engineer to bring the emergency keys. Overall, I would not come back here unless there was a really good deal going.

6.5 Good
Pros: Big room. Walking distance to shopping (Westfield Topanga).
Cons: Noisy. The room is not well insulated from noise in the hall way and adjacent rooms. The mattress was too soft. The bed frame made noise and had to be fixed. No safe in the room for valuables. Internet costs extra. $17 for parking.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, room was very clean and comfortable
Cons: they have removed the bath tubs, which was a bummer because I was really looking forward to a hot soak at the end of my day. Also, the overhead bathroom light automatically shuts off after a few minutes, so the room went mostly dark during my shower.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Bedding was terrible, paper thin
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Why is there no pool at this facility?
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is maintained nicely, staff is supportive and friendly.

6.8 Good
Pros: Staff was very nice.
Cons: No Fridge in room. Windows didn't open.
7.7 Good
Pros: Overall looked nice clean and contemporary
Cons: Hair on bed, dirty stained pillow case, uncomfortable bed and high humidity in the room. Had the thermostat set at 60 degrees and my wife and I had to sleep with no blankets while in a hot room. We got maybe 3 hours of sleep. We notified the front desk about the multiple hairs on the bed and the stained pillow case and they immediately replaced them.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Due to an oversight from booking.com we ended up without a place to stay for the evening, we never tried kayak before and in less than a minute we secured a room, cheaper than the original booking. The hotel was clean room was spacious they had a shuttle in a three mile radius. Close to shops malls etc.
Cons: Hated the lumpy pillows , gel pillows work so much better. Our heads weigh a lot so down pillows just get smashed down. Shower head was way too high and was low flow,
7.7 Good
Pros: Price was, great for a safe and clean room.
Cons: Had to pay $17 for parking when there are plenty of parking in near by malls. Room was no frills but clean and comfortable

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Beds were TOO small for a group of 6 girls.
6.5 Good
Pros: I loved the bed but that's about it.
Cons: When I first checked in I was carrying my baby and luggage and had my son follow. Got all the way to my room and my key didn't work so i had to drag it all back down and carry it all back up a second time. The shower clogged up. The tv was in & out and some channels didn't have any volume?! No fridge, no microwave, no table for us to eat on.... (There was a desk my son ate on but me & my husband had to eat standing up or on the bed) Parking is $21 a night for guest. You have to pay for wifi & breakfast.
6.5 Good
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No breakfast for guests unless you pay at the restaurant or order room service.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great value for the price. Only thing that I can point out was check in. We had to wait for a room to get cleaned even though we were checking in 2 hrs past regular check in. Also no hot tub. :( staff was top notch. I have never had towels delivered so fast. I swear they were to us before I hung up, haha

7.4 Good
Pros: Steak salad from room service was exceptional! Employees were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Toilet stopped up. Hallways smelled musty. Bedspread smelled like someone's perfume - obviously was not washed before I arrived. Woodwork was full of nicks and scratches. Very dissapointing for a Marriott.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly but the parking wasn't free, $21 dollare a day. Yikes!
Cons: No free parking.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The pool area at night was beautiful
Cons: The only thing I would mention is that the additional parking fee was not clear when I booked, I ve found out of this at the hotel
9.1 Excellent
Pros: We liked pretty much everything. There's a pool, fitness center, & gift shop. There's also a fully functioning restaurant (The Daily Grill) that is open early & closes late. Great place to have people in the area meet us for food or drinks. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need included.
Cons: It was nice to have a parking lot in the hotel, but if you opted not to go with Valet, it was a little bit of a walk to get to the lobby with suitcases & such. Adding to that, the parking lot is shared with airport travelers, so there were times at night where we were concerned we wouldn't find any spaces, even though we were hotel guests. But, it still worked out, there were a couple of hidden spots. My biggest complaint is that the air-conditioning unit in our room was very loud & would wake us up throughout the night whenever it clicked on. On a minor note, the business area in the room with the extra outlets had blown a fuse & no power was coming out of it. We let the front desk know. Over-all, these are small complaints (other than the AC).

8.6 Excellent
Pros:
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was great. Staff was great.
Cons: Room was musty and outdated. The air conditioner couldn't keep up with the heat. It was warm all night. The bed was uncomfortable. For a $200 a night room, it should have been a better quality mattress. And the price of the room online was much cheaper than the price we paid.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location and price. Starbucks in the lobby.
Cons: The hotel overall felt old, tired and way overdue for a complete renovation.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the comfortable beds and updated room. The hotel had everything we needed - although we didn't have the chance to try much out since we were staying there after a late wedding and left early morning.
Cons: Valet was overpriced. For the price of the room self-park should at least be free. The room location (318) was level with the gravel top roof building below - unsightly and defeated the purpose of having a balcony.
6.8 Good
Pros: The concierge office was good with instructions. Registration was friendly and helpful.
Cons: When we first arrived and went to our room, they had not made the bed and the pillows were on the chair in the room. The room cleaning staff was not real up to the standard that Marriott offers other places. We found a wet towel on our side table one day, they never replaced the glasses once they were used. They either left them or just did not replace them even though they were gone or dirty. They did not remove used food on plates from the room - Had to place them in the hall for them to get taken. Left things as if they had not finished their job. It seems that the cleaning staff needs to be taught the proper things to do. DO NOT leave rooms unfinished! The concierge lounge was not what it has been at other stays in other areas. They ran out of food each evening. The selection was not at all what it has been other locations. The staff in this area were not very friendly.
6.0 Good
Cons: I had reserved 5 rooms each with 2 double beds. At checkin I was given 4 rooms each with a King bed & 1 room with 2 double beds. Each room was to accommodate a family of 4. Clearly, 4 people would not fit on 1 King bed. I was offered a rollaway in only 1 of the rooms with a King & told that there were no more rollaways available. Some members of my party could not stay at the hotel & went to stay with local relatives. Shame on Marriott for not honoring the reservations as made!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and adequate. It was pretty inexpensive going through an online source. Having said all the negative comments it is tons better than most hotel rooms I have been in.
Cons: They did not give free wi fi. I tried to use my computer with a wire in the business room and it did not work. The lobby was so noisy that it was impossible to use the computer there even though in the lobby the wi-fi was "free". The parking was like a block away and you had to pay. They were short on amenities. I felt like they were nickel and diming me. The nice view they gave me was rather short on the nice. ,They did not give free wi fi. The parking was like a block away and you had to pay. They were short on amenities. I felt like they were nickel and diming me. The nice view they gave me was rather short on the nice.

Pros: This hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room I was in was cute. The furniture was nice and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I made my reservation an hour before I was to arrive because my other accommodations didn't work out. I enjoyed my stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Cons: No complaints!
9.7 Excellent

4.0 Okay
Cons: We had to kick and scream to get a room that matched our reservation. They told us they had no more king bed rooms available. Then after raising a stink they magically found us a king room. There is also no material (magazines) in the room that describe the city or activities in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Anza was the only hotel in the area that was pet friendly so my choices were limited. Luckily! Very contrmporary design with hardwood floors in the rooms. I read comments about the shower design and how the floor gets wet. It does, but who cares? Threw down an extra towel and called it good. Very nice staff and easy check in. Mini-fridge in the room was also nice to keep wine cood. Very spacious rooms so the three of us sharing the room were plenty comfortable.
Cons: Only downside I found was no room service. There are single brew coffee pots in the room but I would have loved to have been able to have a pot of fresh coffee each monring in the room. There is a restaurant in the hotel which DOES service breakfast and coffee as well.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Pet friendly.
Cons: Over priced
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms, common areas, and facilities were very nice and modern looking.
Cons: Outside (dirty / run down), the parking (old / run down), and hallways (old / run down).
5.3 Okay
Pros: restaurants and shopping nearby.
Cons: Internet never worked and had to go outside for cell phone to work. really frustrating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very relaxing environment, also accept dogs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was fabulous at the Anza. Love the room. The bed was very comfortable. Henry and Zoe at the front desk were very professional, informed and personable. My only suggestions would be to have a few hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels and maybe a mirror on the side wall in the bathroom. I wear contacts and it sometimes hard to see across the vanity.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The beds were amazing!!!
Cons: The bar was expensive and the staff was not attentive and appeared to only want to serve when it was convenient to them. For the money, I spent I would expect either a complementary continental breakfast or free parking. Neither was available.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff & offered us late check out since we didn't check in until 2am. Very clean, nice location.
Cons: Doesn't include breakfast
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Great ambience, $6mil upgrade really showed hotel's quality & efforts to be hotel of choice in Calabasas.
Cons: $10 parking fee No breakfast (?) Guests on 2nd floor (I stayed on 1) can be heard walking around above (ruined the hotel experience).

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room amenities- plenty of outlets, lamps, and seating in our particular room. Loved the standard microwave and fridge, although we didn't need it. Powerful air conditioning. :) Overall, more good than bad.
Cons: In our room on the 18th floor, it sounded like someone above us was constantly showering. Only...we were the very top floor, so that couldn't have been lol. Either way, I heard very loud running water sounds most of the night. Also, being close to the freeway, we had a LOT of traffic noise pretty constantly. it made it difficult to fall asleep, so I ended up using a white-noise app on my phone to try and drown some of it out.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were amazing, and the view was very beautiful! The workers were very polite and very outgoing
4.8 Okay
Cons: Elevator is slow. Walls aren't insulated properly, you hear everything around..someone taking shower..someone using bath..alarms from other rooms...
6.2 Good
Pros: The rooms were very nice and comfy. Nice size bathroom.
Cons: The non-smoking rooms wreaked of disgusting stale cigarettes. As a non-smoker, it made me gag!!
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The modern amenities, quality, location was perfect,
Cons: The fees were high for an average size of room. I've paid that much in the past (Oxnard ~ Garden Inn) but they have small kitchenettes, free bfast & dinner.
6.8 Good
Pros: Nice hotel
Cons: I was charged an additional 289.00 at check in
4.8 Okay
Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: There was construction happening at 8am on a Saturday morning. My friends and I stayed out late the night before and would have liked to sleep in longer, but our sleep was rudely interrupted with loud drilling in the room above us. Told the staff while checking out and they didn’t really seem to care and didn’t try to do anything to resolve the issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the entertainment Friday and Saturday night. Kareoke and the house band were awesome
Cons: The pool area could use some upgrades and a jacuzzi
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Had frig and mirowave in the room .
Cons: Our room had a connecting door in it. The one night someone in the other room went to sleep with his tv volume up. beginning of the night we were able to sleep but as it got to early morning it became a problem. However when we tried to fix problem they quickly helped solve the issue.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Ita the nicest holiday inn i hqve ever seen and the girl at the front desk told me it was the biggest too. Also PARKING IS FREE. . . A rarity in LA
Cons: It was all good
9.7 Excellent
Cons: My only suggestion is that the room service could be a bit nicer for the price... plasticware?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was amazing (though having a newborn with us helped). Young pregnant woman at front desk (didn't catch her name) was exceptionally accomodating.
Cons: First night was broken by several members of a wedding party banging on our door and being loud in general.

Pros: Everything, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. We will stay here again! Thank you
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very nice and room was clean. I have no complaints. Valet parking was free but only because we had to sign up for a rewards program. If we didn't sign up it would have been 7.50 a night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What I loved the most was that I was close to everything in LA! Breakfast was delicious! Will be coming back for sure!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: My boyfriend and I stayed here because we were going to Universal Studios. The location was perfect only about a 15/20 minute drive. The staff was so nice. I thought the valet parking only would be inconvenient but it actually wasn't. Comfy beds, clean rooms and bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room was big and accommodated everyone in my family. The room was clean and tidy.
Cons: We weren't aware of the valet parking and would have rather Park ourselves.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They were remodeling which they disclosed upon booking. None of the construction disrupted our stay, and the room we stayed in as well as the main lobby and restaurant were all newly remodeled since our visit last year. Only a 15-20 minute drive to Universal Studios. Daily included breakfast was always great, lots of choices. Very friendly staff!

Pros: I liked the location of this Best Western because it was close to the California freeway system. The streets surrounding the hotel were wide and traffic was at a minimum so the area was quiet. The hotel is close to wonderful restaurants too. Also, the breakfast each morning was upgraded from the past years that we had stayed at the hotel. There was a much better selection of foods from which to choose.
Cons: Nothing at this time because our stay was very satisfactory.

Pros: Plenty of parking., quite and clean.

6.0 Good
Pros: the staff on some days was really nice & very accomodating but not on a regular basis
Cons: I found a roll of toilet paper on the corner of my bed & also a soap rapper there was some concern in my mind if they replaced the sheets/towels or simply fixed them since they had a bit of a smell to them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel room was very clean. The staff were all helpful and courteous The price was great I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Hope to stay there again Thank you

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Overall clean safe and friendly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff.
Cons: N/A
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: no toilet paper on bathroom. no room service .
6.5 Good
Cons: 1.) The parking lot is a bit cramped. I drive a compact, and it was still difficult backing out without hitting a car on the other side of the aisle. 2.) The carpet cleaners were scheduled to come in during my stay, but I was not told about this at time of booking. And this was despite the fact that the carpets were fine! I should have been informed about the planned cleaning beforehand, because it was a part of what I was buying.
6.5 Good
Pros: The location. It was clean.
Cons: False advertising about "Free Wifi". It was only free for 24 hours for 2 devices and then you had to pay. Uncomfortable beds. Not a great experience with the staff. Called to get an early check in, was told it would be no problem by 2 different people. We still had to wait.
7.7 Good
Pros: For a sparse room it offered a quiet night sleep.
Cons: Lack of printed news material; LA Times, USA Today.
8.6 Excellent
Pros: Good value for the money. Nice neighborhood near a supermarket, fast food, gas and several eating establishments. Free parking.
Cons: Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, but you can use the one in the hotel lobby if needed.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Really nice staff. Comfortable and quiet. Close to wedding and reception location. Easy access to Hwy 101.
Cons: I liked everything but noticed significant gaps around door...makes for a lot of heat/cooling loss..expenaive for owner
7.1 Good
Pros: Convenient location ( off the 101, as we were headed to Lompoc) and friendly staff. Overall ok hotel for what we needed.
Cons: Somewhat run down and the rooms are very small! Only one queen bed in most rooms and we needed up having to get a third room ( we had planned to stay 2 adults and 2 kids in one room, which is not possible) But my request for another room was accommodated and the front desk girl gave me a matches rate for the room for the night, which was appreciated.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.4 Good
Pros: Shower had instant hot water and there is Free Parking. Breakfast is available but it's pretty low-key: cereal, some juice, milk, or coffee. The location is the best part, this place was close to everything we needed - which was a visit to a couple local animation studios and a conference at the nearby Burbank Marriott by the airport.
Cons: It definitely has that old motel feeling, it's not bad but it's not great - we paid $104 excluding taxes and it definitely felt more like a $65-75 sort of place - but that could have been because it was a popular weekend and the rates were hiked. The towels are a little over bleached and the pillows were a little too over stuffed for my taste - but the bed was comfy.
4.0 Okay
Pros: I very disappointed with the customer service leading up to my stay.
Cons: I was told to cancel my reservation through hotels.com and make a reservation with the Portofino Inn directly, because I accidentally booked the wrong room, and was told I would receive a refund on the previously cancelled room. That did not happen and nothing was resolved!
6.2 Good
Pros: Free juice/coffee and generic continental breakfast
Cons: the sheets and pillows smelled like they sprayed a cleaning spray on them and left them wet. mildew-ish

Pros: Rooms were modern, up to date, and clean. Hot shower with good water pressure always a plus. Loved having a small patio to relax outside.

7.4 Good
Pros: Was clean, nice continental breakfast, comfortable beds.
Cons: The location was kinda sketchy for the price. You were a good hour at least from anything important.
7.1 Good
Cons: Bathroom floor was not clean
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, great staff. Easy access to the 101. Close to dining and shopping.
3.4 Mediocre
